Our AC wasn't cooling and it seemed like coolant was not flowing. David came out and quickly diagnosed and corrected our issue. He was very professional and explained the process clearly

The service technician was friendly, professional and thorough with the job. He replaced the parts for our heat pump easily and efficiently. He thoroughly tested the system to make sure it was working properly. He then performed maintenance on our system. He checked all parts of the hvac system making sure they were clean and functioning properly. I would recommend One Hour to a anyone that needs hvac repair.

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning inspected our HVAC system that we were having issues with and recommended needed maintenance. They gave us an idea of when we would need to replace our unit down the road and what maintenance was needed in the meantime.

The company as a whole is a pleasure to work with. My sales representative and the installers were all knowledgeable and kind. Genuinely wanted to take care of me. Even offered to send a technician back out to the home free of charge when I thought the AC wasn't working properly. Turns out to potentially be user error. Highly recommend!

Edit: The follow up appointments have been great! Technicians are super knowledgeable and always really nice to work with. I know I've had Logan and Jordan out here for follow up appointments and they have been great!
