One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Kenny was on time, friendly courteous, through as always. He discovered some problems with our indoor unit. We had mold. He made some recommendations for a solution. He prepared an estimate for some equipment that would resolve the problem and even applied for a loan for us but, unfortunately, it didn't go through. He cleaned the unit as best he could for now. We'll check back with them when funds are available. We were grateful that Kenny was sent to do the job.

Great service representative, not too happy with being charged 100 for the quote. I had 4 companies come out to look at my AC unit and they are the only company that charged to come out and look at my unit.

Shawn arrived on time. Placed alot of canvas floor protectors all the way from front door up one flight of stairs and to work area. Very polite and knowledgeable. He worked steady all day and after it was installed ,explained the operation of the new unit. Cleaned up the area and could not tell he had been there except for the brand new system. And it was a dirty job. Would recommend One Hour Heating to anyone. Thank you Shawn !
