Kenny was professional and took time to explain what he was doing. He gave me some recommendations on future services and replacement options but wasn't pushy about it. I highly recommend this company.

I woke up this morning to my house being 50°F because the furnace stopped in the middle of the night. Gave these guys a call and they sent Mike out very quickly. Took less than an hour and my home is nice and warm again. Outstanding service as always. 10/10 would recommend.

We are very pleased with the service we received. We needed a new HVAC unit installed, as well as a new thermostat. Nate and his crew arrived at the appointed time the very next day after signing the contract for services. He and his crew were very friendly, courteous of us and our home, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend Nate and his crew for their professional services!

Briggs and crew arrived on time, were very personable & professional, answered all of my mom's questions, and did a thorough job.

When I called, they were able to come out and look at the issues the next day. Needed a replacement, and they were able to come the very next day and get it done. The price was much more reasonable than other quotes I received. The technicians for prompt, friendly, and they didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. I’m extremely happy with the service.

When our old furnace finally quit on us, we called One Hour based upon great referrals from coworkers. The tech was prompt and very helpful - he gave us options, but we ultimately knew we would have to proceed with full system replacement. He explained exactly what they would be doing and then scheduled our service, which was much sooner than we had anticipated (GREAT)! Again, the techs showed up on time and ready to work - it felt like we had the entire fleet onsite, and they worked like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They managed to complete our replacement a couple hours before expected, which was a plus. During the replacement service, we were contacted to schedule the duct cleaning, which was again scheduled ahead of when we thought we could be squeezed in. The duct cleaning techs were just as friendly and professional, keeping us informed as they proceeded with their job. Everyone did a fantastic job and left our home clean, without a trace that they were even here. Highly recommend them for residential HVAC services!

Jim did a nice job of diagnosing our issue and providing a plan forward. We are service plan members, i'd hope that the 2xs a year evaluation would provide us longer system life.

Tom Miller was our technician. Extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem/s quickly and offered options on the repair. No up selling or pressure just simply fixed the problem. Would absolutely return as a customer.
