After my 25-year-old furnace finally decided to die during the coldest week of the coldest month in the history of Rochester, something I had been dreading and putting off wasn't able to be dismissed any longer: I had to get a new furnace. I was worried about everything: cost (both the estimate and the inevitable add-ons); timing; efficiency. But Betlem Residential alleviated all of my concerns. My salesman, Stephen, explained all of my options very clearly. Financing was a phone call away and the next day, the crew (James & Rob) did an amazing job installing our new furnace. They even corrected a number of mistakes that the former HVAC crew made, which was above and beyond. I won't call anyone else again!

Something was wrong with our air conditioning. Joe Cirilla came out and provided professional and thorough service and fixed the problem (a clogged motor) in a very timely manner. He checked everything else out and made sure it was working properly. He was personable and provided us with additional information that helped us better understand our system and decision we may need to make in the future. Thanks Joe!

I called Betlem Residential after being told by another company I needed a new furnace. Adam came out, spent the time to diagnose the true problem and fixed the issue, a plugged drain line. I trust what Betlem Residential tells me. They find the issue, fix only what needs to be fixed, and don't try and sell you on things you don't need. Great work. They spent a solid day installing a new ac system in our house. They were very courteous , very friendly and very efficient. They knew exactly what they need to do, and clean up the debris from their work before they left . Excellent job.

Lost heat yesterday at the worst time (4* weather) - called Betlem, they sent a technician out within 3 hours who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was checking while he was doing it, and got me up and running within an hour.

I recently had BETLEM Residential Heating & Air Conditioning install a Lennox Minsplit 2 ton heat pump/AC. I was very pleased with the entire process from design, proposal to installation. Steve Gaudioso was able to provide a design that optimized the location of indoor and outdoor units while overcoming a couple of unique installation obstacles.
