Our furnace died in the middle of December. I contacted Betlem and they came out the same day. They gave me a few different options and went through pricing models. Mark and Adam were the service technicians that came and installed our new unit. They were nothing but professional and efficient. They stayed and went through how to use the new thermostat and showed us how to set it to get the best efficiency. I highly recommend Betlem and their experienced staff! I had previously contacted the other heating and cooling service, their competitor.... and when the competitor came out, they wanted to charge me extra for "additional diagnostics".. doing NOTHING!. I decided to contact Betlem instead and when they came out, they did the diagnostics and give me a quote for ordering the parts and labor. They gave me several options regarding the service and did not include additional charges/surcharges. Their service was exceptional!!!!! I've been a Betlem customer for over 17 years. And as a Rochester landlord, I use them exclusively. Recently they cleaned and inspected 18 furnaces and ending up installing 2 new ones that didn't pass inspection.
Steve Guadioso and his team always provide me with excellent service. Year in, and year out they always respond quickly, professionally for a fair price. I know I can count on them 24 / 7 to take good care of my home and my tenants apartments.

When my old furnace gave out on a Friday afternoon, someone was able to get out to check it quickly for me. When I decided to go with a new unit, Steve came out not long after to get all of the paperwork together for me, bringing space heaters to hold me until they came Monday. James V. and John S. came Monday and did a thorough and professional job, including cleaning up afterwards. Everyone was genuine, pleasant, and professional. Would certainly recommend them to anyone!

I have had replacement and maintenance done through Betlem Residential several times over the past few years. The sales people are responsive and thorough. The service team was respectful of my home and was careful when they brought the equipment into the basement. I also appreciated the fact that they did not seem rushed and took their time to show me the new thermostat, check over all the work with me, review the operation, and reviewed how often I should change the filters. The entire team seemed knowledgable and like they had done this thousands of times. I would highly recommend Betlem Residential and will use them again if I ever need to.

I recently engaged Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning to repair an oil furnace at a relative's home. The service was excellent and far exceeded my experience with a competitor. Based on that experience I then engaged Betlem to do a repair for a oil furnace in a client's home. Again, the service beginning with the staff in the office to the technician was excellent.

When the air conditioning broke in our home, we contacted both the company we had been using and Betlem for quotes because the service provided by Betlem on other properties I engaged them to assist with was far superior to the company servicing our home.

We chose Betlem to install a new gas furnace, air conditioner and ductless mini system in our 1885 Victorian home.

The Betlem sales representative was extremely knowledgable. He listened to our concerns and he made a proposal that met our concerns, taking cost into consideration. During the install process he was at our home three times to check on the installation and to make sure we were happy.

An energy audit was done as part of the process and the representative was also very versed in the subject and able to answer all questions.

Due to the age of the home, the installation provided some challenges, but the install crew was exceptional. Work began early every morning, the site was kept clean and free of debris. The members of the team were experienced and able to execute all aspects of the project with no problems. We are very pleased with the new air conditioning and expect that we will be equally pleased with the new furnace this winter.

We would highly recommend this company for repair and maintenance service as well as new installations.

I had an excellent experience with Betlem. They came to our home and did a yearly inspection on our heat pump and furnace. Kyle was their representative; he was prompt, courteous, respectful of my outside gardens and inside floors and rugs. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely utilize them next year.

Very professional. I called explained what was wrong they had a tech come out the same day and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The price was good considering I had called 2 other places none could come out the same day or they could but wanted to charge a emergency fee around $160. Was very happy with the service and price. I highly recommend them for residential furnace services.

I've been using Betlem Residential (not John Betlem - there's a difference) for over 30-years. They are professional, courteous and thorough. Not only have they given me 30 years of outstanding service, I just moved into a new house and the water heater failed within 2-weeks. Eric St. John and Rich had a mechanic to me within an hour of my phone call to them. The mechanic was very knowledgeable (I ask alot of questions). He even put cover's on the dolly when they brought units in and out to make sure my floors didn't get dirty. Thank you Betlem for your years of service.
