We called Ryan for our routine furnace and air conditioning maintenance this season and it’s safe to say that they went above and beyond our expectations. When scheduling service over the phone, Katie was very pleasant and accommodating to mine and my family’s schedule. My technician, Dominic was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Dominic took extra time to explain proper use, monitoring, and care for my systems which makes me feel safer. At the end, I was surprised at how affordable all of the hard work he did was and I now have peace of mind! You can’t find this level of customer service anywhere these days, thank you!!!!

We just had the Ductless Heating &A/C System installed in our home. We are beyond satisified with the work, professionalism and complete knowledge of the process. We had the the most amazing group of installers, referred to as the "DREAM TEAM", which totally describes them perfectly. This team cleaned up a they moved through each step of them project, we never had to pick up after them. Respectful that they were in your home, treated it with the utmost care. This team answered every question clearly and were actually super pleasant highly respectful.

I contacted this business for home fire sprinklers and plumbing for a new build. The plumbing price was double the cost of other estimates we received and the person who was supposed to give us an estimate for the sprinkler system never got back to us. I made several attempts to get ahold of them with no response. I don't recommend them for residential business at all.

Excellent workmanship by Eric, Nicholas and Matt Codd with replacement of shower heads and faucets on a new build. Meticulous, clean, friendly, and explained everything they were doing, including the defects in the original parts. Highly recommend.

Ryan Plumbing & Heating has been an absolute delight to work with. Our heating system went last year and even though we had never done business with them before, they got out to us as quickly as possible. Since then, we've enrolled in their VIP plan and it has paid for itself many times over. The team at Ryan is always responsive, respectful, and great to work with. In fact, we had a recent issue and they sent a technician out the same day. That technician, Dom, was kind, respectful, and came up with a creative solution to make sure we had heat while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive. We can't say enough good things about Ryan Plumbing & Heating.

Dominic worked on our furnace today. He was able to quickly identify the issue and restore heat into our home. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to have him work on our heating system. He answered all our questions, checked our heating system from top to bottom to make sure it's functional, checked again after completing his work and we couldn't be happier. So glad we found Ryan services, the rest of the staff in the office was quite responsive, Katie called to confirm our appt before leaving the office, it was such a pleasure working with her as well. She understood our issue and was open to working with us on getting a service call scheduled tentatively first and called us back to confirm. If you use Ryan services for your heating system, I recommend asking for Dominic, especially if you're not familiar with your furnace or system in general.

I was having my double boiler checked and cleaned. The tech was on time and it did not take long for him to finish checking out the boiler system. My system supplies both heat and hot water to my house. There was a special offer being made by our utility provider which saved us additional savings.

Ryan has serviced our furnace over the last 10 years. We have a 12 year old high end York furnace we recently had a problem with. It’s December after work hours and no heat. We called for after hours service and paid $240 for Ryan to come to our home to diagnose. We were told we needed a few parts and would cost around $600. We were told someone would call us the next day to order the part and fix the furnace. We missed their call the next day but received a TEXT message explaining we needed a new blower motor with electronic control head, limit safety switch and combustion draft motor. This will cost us $1,843.41 PLUS tax OORRRR they would sell us a new furnace and we can have a ten year warranty on parts. This is a high end 12 year old furnace. Do you think they are taking advantage of customers during the cold winter months? Wait, it gets better. After asking for a detailed estimate as opposed to a text message,(who does that?) and a receipt fort he after hours call, no one responded. It is the next day and no response. STAY away from this business. They will be reported to the BBB!

Ryan Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job restoring heat, due to a faulty board. The two service providers who worked on the system were knowledgeable and polite. We recommend Ryan for your plumbing and heating needs and will use them again.
