Kennedy Mechanical, Inc.

Kennedy provides HVAC services for my apartment building. Several residents in the building (myself included) have been having ongoing issues with the heating not working during winter and the cooling not working during summer. Kennedy is over almost daily “fixing” the issue only to have our HVACs go down again within the same day. Their constant tinkering with the units doesn’t seem to be doing much good and for the amount of money we pay to live in our building, having a working HVAC is an expectation.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Awful business. One of their van drivers hit our parked vehicle and they never returned our phone calls to get our vehicle fixed. I called their office over and over again and just got transferred to voicemail and hung up on. Will have to end up taking them to court. Very poorly run business, and drivers inexperienced. And their vehicles aren't insured because I called their insurance company and was told they don't have a policy listed
