He fixed the issue related to my furnace within a reasonable amount of time by providing the best and cost-effective solution.
He even checked the next day or so to make sure everything was going well with the Furnace.
I will be calling them again for any of our future HVAC needs!
I will not think twice to recommend to all the people in my known circle.

I’m sorry that I chose this company and I’m going to pay for it! I don’t generally leave reviews unless I’m pleasantly surprised but this isn’t fair and you should be warned. This company came to my home last year and replaced my entire ac unit. Within two days it was not working and had froze over in my
Basement. I reached out to their team and it was fixed. This was discouraging but I was happy to have the AC.
This year around march I start trying the air conditioner on those random hot days. I noticed the air wasn’t working and reached out to the company. I was totally ignored. I called and left voicemails I was ignored. By June I decided to try emailing their company because of them not responding. I finally got a response saying they didn’t have any calls or voicemails from me. Although that’s was a blatant lie, I was fine with emailing. After getting the run around the lovely team finally made it to my home June 30th I’m not sure what they did for hours in my basement, but then they left grabbed lunch and sat in my drive way eating for about forty minutes. When I came out and asked what was going on they looked shocked to see me and said they may not be able to order a part because the store was probably closed. At this point it was 430 on a Friday and it was probably closed but not at 10am when they initially arrived. I was told I’d be serviced mo day july 3 right before the holiday. Well to no surprised Monday I got an email saying I’d be serviced and today is Thursday. We still don’t have air conditioning. At this point I may just have to pay for a new furnace and ac unit thanks to this company

Todd and his crew installed a new furnace/AC when we moved into our house 5 years. Had some issues with the heat this week and he was at my house within 2 hours. Great service and commitment to his customers. Definitely recommend

Todd and crew replaced an aging furnace for me, installed a new thermostat, humidistat, and filter box. Did a great job, very happy with the result and quality of the work. Will be calling them back when my 2nd furnace needs to be replaced.

Knowledgeable, Honest and Reliable. In June 2022 Todd and the other guys at Berkeley installed furnace and AC for me. I got 7 estimates and Todd provided the best equipment, speedy and personalized service for the lowest price. He repaired my humidifier for $125 when his competitor was going to charge me a thousand to replace it. He also gave me good advice on related issues throughout the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BERKELEY.

Berkeley Heating & Cooling is our go-to HVAC service provider for over 12 years. They installed the original system in our home and have maintained it in tip top condition since. When we added a wine cellar to our dining room, Todd & Co once again provided superior service by recommending the right-sized make & model chiller. They persistently overcame several technical challenges to get the unit to work properly, making the project a huge success. Berkeley's service is a great value and they stand behind their work.

My A/C wasn't blowing cold air, Todd came to fix the issue and assured me there were no leaks in the system. Just a couple weeks later, same problem; warm air. I called Todd again and he promised he would take care of it. After that, he didn't show up twice, stopped answering my phone calls or responding to text messages. I would avoid this company!

I hired Berkeley to replace 2x furnaces in my multi-family home in Rochester. My existing furnaces were functional, but very old and in need of replacement.

Room for improvement: Communication was a bit too reactive on their end for my taste. For example, what was billed as a 1-2x day project stretched out a bit longer ~1 week from start to finish. To be clear my heat was never off for more than a couple hours, they just ran into delays with materials and schedule conflicts with their crew. Those things happen, and I understand, but I only really got updates when I inquired after waiting for someone to arrive on a handful of occasions. I would have appreciated more proactive communication on project progress/schedule delays/etc., but all said and done this was only a minor inconvenience for me.

Bottom line: I would hire them again, so they get my recommendation.
