I finally found the right plumbing company to help me with the years long complex problem I have at my home with sand and sediment in the water. The technician is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time to ask me questions about what’s happening whole house. I’m assured they will work with me until the water is free of sand and sediment, regardless of may need to be done to get there. This is a situation that should never have happened in a new-construction home.

Merrit's knowledge of plumbing is extensive.
Tim, one of the plumers provides great minimally invasive work. Tim created acess areas that can easily be repaired rather than removing partial walls and ceilings.
We will be replacing galvanized with PEX piping.
I asked they protect old soft pine flooring with cardboard, and other protective coverings they provided ply wood cardboard & drop cloths.

I was referred to American Plumbing by another plumber. We had an obstructed sewer line. They provided a technician, Cisco, who arrived at 6:30 pm, only 1 hours after my first contacting them.
Cisco was pleasant, very efficient, and explained the nature of the problem and what needed to be done. He successfully cleared the blockage with a 100 foot snake.
I was very pleased with the efficient service. Highest recommendation.

If this place you're referring to is my address, the service was great. The service (Cisco)man was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was very easy to talk to as well as honest. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and told me about other options should my pipeline be cracked. The technician did an excellent job, I felt the service was a bit pricey however. A pump costs around $200 and you need to mark it up to cover carrying costs etc. It took the tech about 15 minutes to install and the bill was $770. seemed high to me although I was happy wit the communication and service.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any sort. American Plumbing was professional, courteous, fair, and beyond knowledgeable. The technicians explained everything they were doing so that I would completely understand the process. They repiped 8 of my pedicure chairs so that they would drain far more quickly and effectively. They came up with a plan, gave me a great estimate, and executed the plan impeccably all the while being completely professional and kind. They cleaned up everything to the point I didn’t have to do anything after they left. Please call them. They are awesome. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks and they will always be the plumber of my choice in the future.

Tech came out very professional with a kind disposition. He listened to everything I had to say then walk through the steps to figure out the problem. He gave me sound advice and a good explanation so I can understand. Then he offered to come back and install everything for a very reasonable price. Thank you….

Oh I was told that my air conditioner seemed to be working correctly but it is too cold outside to troubleshoot it. They would have to come back another day but they wanted me to pay the $60 fee to come out. Knowing they couldn’t do any troubleshooting, I asked to speak to a manager and she said well it’ll be a little later in the afternoon. Carla, the woman I spoke to keep cutting me off and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and said if I don’t pay the $60 then I’m gonna be on the do not call list. Well that is totally fine. Because I will never call again. Why would you send somebody out if they couldn’t do their job. Oh I know so you can get the $60 and come back again if I could give it zero stars or negative stars I would.

Justin and his crew successfully located and repaired a problem in the underground storm drain lines. They were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and I have total faith in their work product. And as a bonus, they were all genuinely nice, good-natured and willing to answer my questions. I absolutely highly recommend this company.

The gentleman that install my air conditioner was very courteous, polite, and on time, and I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone it was great.
