I had BETLEM do a baseboard supply and install in two different areas of my home, along with a ductless mini-split heating/cooling unit. Eric is a pleasure to work with and his installer Adam did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this company.

Justin Mills came and repaired our AC unit a few weeks ago. He was timely, kind, and explained everything that we needed to have repaired in a very clear manner. He went the extra mile and looked into our warranty, which saved us thousands of dollars and we are SO grateful for him. Justin ROCKS!! Thanks Betlem for always providing such wonderful service!

Was promised 10 year parts & LABOR warranty. But was not provided paperwork. So after we had to go outside and secure the serial number off the unit, and then go online to register the warranty ourselves, it said 1 year LABOR. After multiple attempts to rectify, we're still being told "the correct warranty is in the mail".
NEXT, we were told 18 months, 0% financing. Again, we had to apply online for this and when we completed the application, it returned info 17.99% for 48 mos. Again, we're told we will receive a corrected version. What we got via email from Betlem was a 23 page document ( not a professional loan application) written in 20 different size and style fonts, (looks like it was written by a 6 yr old) and at the end they're saying we have to join some credit union I have never heard of.
Not signing anything that doesn't even appear to be a legal document.
Worst part, you cannot get a callback from the salesman.

I had an AC issue at a home I just purchased. They came out within hours on the same day I called. They fixed my issue and the tech was very honest. He told me I had an older system but it was still able to be repaired. I appreciate him being honest.

We needed a new furnace in the middle of winter. Berlin was here the morning we called and the furnace was installed less than 48 hrs later. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Betlem recently replaced my old York furnace with a really nice High Efficiancy Lennox unit. The crew and install were perfect, on time, clean and informative. The sales guy did not steer me wrong, my house is evenly heated, comfortable and I am using less gas than before. Overall Betlem knocked it out of the park, I am one happy customer.

The Betlem technician was outstanding! I had no heat and they were booked. They say they would do there best to come out and they did!
I didn't get up-selled.. He had the part on his truck and fixed my heat pump issue. He was professional and informative. I will always call Betlem Residential first. Yes! I'm extremely pleased.

Eric from Betlem heating came to our home to give us an estimate on a new furnace as well as moving our condenser from one side of the house to the other. Eric was very knowledgable and made excellent recommendations based on our wants. The estimate was very reasonable. 1 week later Tony came to the house to install our new unit. It's much more energy efficient. Airconditioner seems much cooler now. Tony was so helpful with small details. He installed brackets so that the duct work did not make the "banging" sound that it used too. Went over how we should maintain the outdoor unit during the winter etc. These small extra details were much appreciated. Tony cleaned up completely after the job was finished. We highly recommend Betlem to others !!

I switched to this company a few years ago and have been consistently very pleased with their service. I have a yearly contract to inspect my air conditioning in the Spring and my heating system in the Fall. When they leave, I am confident that my units are in good working order. They come when they say they will, are always polite and spend about an hour to do the service! What more could one ask for?

Just had a new 3.5 ton Bryant A/C unit installed 8/3/20. All work was done in a professional manner. I have been doing business with them since 1994, and never once had any complaint about their service repair. They never fixed anything that didn't need to be fixed. In another word they are honest!.
