BETLEM RESIDENTIAL Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had my semi annual HVAC tune up performed by Betlem as I have for all most the last 20 years. The technician today was Nate Caton and Nate had not performed this service for us in the past. Nate explained what he was there to perform and started right away. Nate did a very thorough job and explained all of his findings for both the heating and cooling systems as well as the peripheral equipment (air cleaner, thermostat and humidifier) and did so in layman's terms. One important item that we were not aware of that Nate brought to our attention was that carbon monoxide detectors have an end of life and ours was seven year beyond the expiration date. Last but not least, Nate pointed out and reinstalled a missing cap on our external furnace exhaust flue. Great job Nate!

Betlem quoted me a whole new furnace plus AC, but they won't return my calls to schedule the installation. It was a complete waste of time.

Our Technician today for our annual cleaning was Ricky Bower. Ricky was pleasant, professional and answered all our questions. Please extend our thanks to Ricky and let him know that we look forward to seeing him next year.

Larry called beforehand and was right on time for the service call and the service he provided was prompt and thorough. He took the time to explain about the servicing on our furnace, and made sure I knew about winter and summer procedures for the Aprilaire. Great experience!

Not helpful and not courteous to customers. Suspicious that they left my furnace in a worse spot than it was before they arrived after talking to some other repair people.

Paul and Rob did an amazing job installing a new a/c and furnace for my mother. She was beyond pleased and would give them 6 stars not just 5, if she could.

Dave came to my house not only was he okay with the fact that I had a cat because he said he had a cat also he was kind he was friendly he was courteous might I add his wife is a lucky person lol and I do not say that I was very impressed and very happy with my service.

Very disappointed and feel betrayed; I am in spending spree I believe due to the mistakes done by these guys and refusing to remedy; I will continue my fight with BBB and American arbitration association!

Absolutely superb!! Excellent Price by far, quick service, Very experienced installers. I would do again any time needed. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Just Great!

The technicians dont seem to have a great deal of diagnostic capability. If you're looking for new or replacement, betlem may be alright, but if your looking to repair existing hvac, I would look elsewhere.
