I contacted Betlem to evaluate and repair our A/C. I explained our situation and requested some notice before their tech was scheduled to arrive. Their tech arrived without notification and tried to convince me that the system had to be replaced. I told him we were not going to buy a new system, and he tried to scare me, telling me the compressor was probably not going to work and gave me the - "no parts available due to changes by the EPA story." He finally gave me a quote to fix the system $1443.00 and the next day I received a call from their sales department trying to quote me on a new system.

So I called a competitor HI-Qual. They sent a tech over and he highly recommended we try fixing the system. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and he told me that yes the compressors for this unit were still available and showed me online. He fixed the crack in the copper line, recharged the system and charged me $464.40. and the house is nice and cool. Thank you Hi-Qual.

Extremely satisfied with the work done by Betlem at my home. After a full home energy audit, they provided a list of options to improve the energy efficiency. I opted to have the basement rim joist insulated with spray foam and adding another 12" of insulation to the attic. All of the work was done in a very timely manner and everything was cleaned up when work was completed. The improvement in the comfort level is very noticeable. I highly recommend Betlem to anyone considering having this type of work done in their home.

Had another outstanding experience with Betlem Residential. Justin came out for an annual a.c. check, made some recommendations and was polite, helpful and professional throughout - I'll be asking for Justin on all visits, though everyone who has come in the past has been great. This is the place to go for all your heating/cooling needs - always professional, helpful and great people to work with.

The guys here are really kind, friendly and professional. After a flood I lost my hot water tank and furnace and they were able to replace both in one day! I would highly recommend them to anyone

I just finished having a Dave Lennox Signature® Collection SLP98V Variable-Capacity Gas Furnace and a Dave Lennox Elite® Series XC14 Air Conditioner installed in my home. First off let me say that they beat everybody else's prices that I had quoted. They were very fair in my opinion. Second, I worked with Eric St. John and I felt he was the most knowledgeable Sales Rep. of any of the others that I spoke with from other heating & cooling companies. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Then install day(s) came. Two of them, and everything went very smoothly and without any hitches at all. We had a recent furnace issue right before the holidays and Eric St. John from Betlem came out immediately and within 8 hours we had a new furnace installed. There consultative approach made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Betlem from a cost and service perspective. Bottom line, if you want fast and friendly service, call Betlem.

My water heater was not producing hot water.

I called Betelm and they told me they would be at my house that day! I was told to expect a service technician between 2-6 pm. Within 30 minutes a tech by the name of Mark was at my door. I explained my water heater pilot was out. In less than 5 minutes he diagnosed a leak in my hot water tank. Just by him coming quickly a minor flood was avoided! After explaining that I needed a new hot water tank, he made a call and within an hour I had a new tank, and most importantly no flood! In addition the Sercice Manager Craig called and checked on how the job was going.

During the heatwave recently, my AC had some issues. It was 86° in the downstairs. A technician came out and replaced a part and it seemed to work okay. That evening, the pump for the condensate was clogged up, so the supervisor, Peter Kirtschej, came out. The technicians had already been out for 16 hour days and so Peter came out. He was not only a great guy, but he also very honest (coming from someone who views technicians and service calls with some skepticism) and saved the day! I have a 14 year old dog that had two fans on her and was still suffering, and he helped her get through it. If you call them for a service call, make sure you call Betlem Residential, not just Betlem, two different companies.

I called Betlem Residential this spring to get an estimate on the installation of a central air conditioning system for my modest cape style home. I had used a window unit for a few years - it was on its last legs. Eric St. John from Betlem came out and explained the details about the various air conditioning units and the financing options. I also got a quote from another HVAC company. The prices were about the same. I made the decision to go with Betlem and I selected an air condioning system that fits my needs. The technician was nice, the installation went smoothly and he did not leave my home a mess. I really love that my entire home is air conditioned-not just my bedroom. I would recommend them to anyone.

Eric in sales was a 5 star performer, him and his team did an outstanding job installing my new furnace. The wife loves the comfy heat no longer have chill in the air. I would certainly recommend them!
