    Betlem Residential has always come thru in times of heating/cooling crisis, and now we are happy to have an annual plan for routine maintenance as well. Dave Marianetti came out 2 weeks ago on one of the hottest days this Summer to help with an AC issue. He returned today to check on the problem, quickly found the leak and repaired it in under 20 minutes. He was professional and took the time to ensure that we understood the issue, how it would be fixed, and made sure we had time to ask any questions. Thank you Dave, and Betlem for such great service!

    Dave called before he came. Dave was polite and was very careful about social distancing and wearing a mask. He brought a new filter and was prepared to do the job. Dave was professional in the way we expect of Betlem. Thank you for sending Dave to our home for the hearing maintenance. We are looking forward to having Betlem in the Spring for the air conditioning maintenance. We would be comfortable with have Dave work in our home anytime in the feature.

    Betlem residential recently completed the installation of a Lenox SLP98V furnace and a Lennox EL16XC1 air conditioner along with a WiFi enabled thermostat. This system replaced almost 30 year old Lennox equipment with which we were very pleased in terms of both system performance and reliability. The new system represents a nice upgrade in efficiency, performance and quietness of operation. Bernie Briceland, our sales engineer, and Kirk and Dylan, our installers, were professional and easy to work with. We ask for some rework on the ducting layout to achieve the look we preferred and that was accomplished as requested. We highly recommend a Lennox residential system and also highly recommend Betlem Residential as the dealer of choice

    My furnace was installed and I kept calling back complaining that it makes this loud clicking noise and they came out saying it was fine. The noise on the new Furnace is so loud it sounds like someone is inside my house. Not only that it’s so loud that the blower is loud as well. Not happy at all!!

    We had no heat all Saturday night when it was about 5 degrees out. We called at 5 am Sunday and a technician was out by around 7 am. He quickly fixed the issue and the rate was reasonable for an emergency call. The furnace is still running great! It's nice to know there are companies that are available to help with a moments notice and don't take advantage of the situation. Great work, fair prices and great customer service. We will use them again.

    I had the technician come for yearly service of my furnace and air conditioner. He took a couple of measurements of the furnace. And he used his hose to spray out the air conditioning unit. He told me it was fine to leave the leaves in the air conditioning unit. Much different than what was done last year. I didn't even get a new furnace filter.
    DEFINITELY not worth the money!! I can spray the air conditioner unit myself.
    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    We had Betlem Residential install air conditioning in our 190 year-old home. The team from Betlem arrived on time, in uniform and ready to work. They were courteous and professional for the entire three days that the installation took. Because they spent time upfront gathering information during the estimate phase, there were no surprises and the job concluded on-time and on-budget.

    Justin stopped by today to level my air conditioner and do a seasonal maintenance. Called with arrival time and he was prompt. Leveled the unit and performed the service. He checked the system in the basement and replaced the air filter for me. He found some bad wiring on a dual capacitor unit. Showed me the faulty part and replaced. Suggested I apply soil behind the unit to allow water to drain away from the house which will help keep the unit level. Very friendly and professional. Wore his mask and I was very happy with the service visit.

    If you need a fast repair, BETLEM is the way to go. Twice I called, and twice they had someone out in less than 3hrs to get my unit fixed and running. Couldn't recommend them more highly from there, which is the only reason they didn't get 1 star.

    Where I take exceptional issue is the experience I had with getting a quote and instillation done on a new unit. The initial quote went great. The installation manager came in, pointed out a ton of things I didn't know needed to be changed, and gave me what seemed (and still seems) a fair quote.

    After that is where everything went down the drain.

    First: when I got a quote from another company, and called the manager to ask him to look into a different unit that might be cheaper, the manager said he would do so, and then didn't call me back for a month. I had to call him when my unit bit the dust again.

    Second: when we agreed (on that second call) that I needed a new unit, he told me he would get in touch with his installation team, and either he or the team would reach out to me before day's end. Keep in mind I have NO AC at this time, so I am anxious to get it up and running. When I ask if we can get the unit installed by end of week (three day's time) the manager assures me that "that shouldn't be a problem."

    Neither the manager or the team reached out that day.

    Third: The next morning, I call him back, leaving a message making it clear that if I don't hear back shortly that I am going with another company. He calls me back about an hour-and-a-half later, and this is where it hit the fan for me. He starts by telling me that he left a voicemail yesterday. Thing is: I don't have a missed call, and my voicemail has been full for weeks. Friends and family have been asking me to clear it, and I haven't. He then informs me than, while he apologizes, BETLEM installation will not be able to make it out for at LEAST 8 or 9 days, completely contradicting his assurance the previous day.

    If the manager had apologized and given a reason for not calling yesterday, I would have understood. If he had not made an assurance of getting the unit out before the end of week, I would have understood. Life happens. However, given how things went down, I can't say I will be using BETLEM for anything other than their 24hr repair, ever again.

    I'm very happy with the service I received when my central air had to be replaced. Craig Vandusen was very helpful and got my new central air in the next day before more 90 degree weather hit. Craig has provided excellent customer service. The technicians were great as well. I was very comfortable having them in my home.
