I recently bought a house with a 30 yr old boiler. Eric St. John came out and gave me a quote on replacement. In the mean time winter hit and my old boiler wasn't working properly. I reached out to Eric to see if he could send someone out to look at it. When Justin the tech showed up I was amazed at the professionalism he displayed. He was super knowledgeable and was able to get my old furnace fixed. In my mind for a company to want to fix your old and not just sell you new speaks volumes. I would highly recommend betlem residential to anyone who needs service or replacement. They also service generators.

Just received our seasonal maintenance for A/C. Kyle P., our technician, was polite, knowledgeable and very responsive! Kyle discovered some of our ducts were closed, and it was a fairly easy adjustment! Our bills should go down and the house already feels cooler. Betlem installed a high efficiency furnace and AC unit on April 2019 and performed the yearly service and checkup today 6/2/20. Excellent service The installer technicians were first class.

After four years, we have finally found an HVAC firm that does what I consider an excellent job at routine annual maintenance of our gas furnace. Hard to believe, but Betlem is the fourth company that we have called in for the annual service and they are the first one where the technician actually turned on the furnace as part of the service. Techs for the other companies -- all well-known in the Rochester area -- told me they could do the job by simply taking some measurements with their instruments. The Betlem tech was great ... explained every step of the process and was the only one who checked the humidifier to see that it was actually working and how well it was working. The other techs couldn't do that with their meters. The tech was very knowledgeable, nice to work with and took time at the end of the inspection to clean and polish the entire furnace -- even to the point of removing some grease and other marks left by the company that installed it. And the bill was no more than what I had paid the other companies for less service. When I told the tech we would certainly be calling in the spring to have the AC unit tuned up, he advised me not only the best month to have it done, but when to call to schedule it so we could get the date we want. Excellent company, excellent techs.

Fall introduces lots of us in this area to HEATING SEASON. My furnace was not new when I bought my house 6 years ago. Betlem had been doing the annual check-up, but I wasn't surprised this year when it failed to come on. I also wasn't surprised that the failed motor would be expensive to replace - and the furnace predated today's energy efficient models. Deciding to eplace it was a no-brainer. From Betlem's sales person, to installation of new energy efficient model - all in a single week - my experience was outstanding every step of the way. The install team communicated well both with me and with each other. All old parts, as well as all packaging, and unneeded pieces were removed from premises. My first week with the new furnace in service has been perfect - already notice performance superior to what I had. These people are super-pros.

He was very helpful and answered all questions and did not push any unneeded service. he spent a significant amount of time and was very thorough. Totally impressed with Betlem residential. We installed a nest thermometer in the winter but as the weather warmed up we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Finally, on a 95 degree day, frustrated with our own efforts, we called Betlem at 5 PM. they were at our house within 45 minutes! They had the whole thing fixed within another hour ! This was not luck! Every time we call them they’re here fast and every employee acts like he or she is the owner. We work hard for our money, it feels good to spend it with good people who care about our comfort.
