Alex was a very nice young man. He was efficient and got my air conditioner working in no time. He showed me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

Start to finish was great...called friday...Will came out first then Justine as my unit from 1983 finally died. Then Will saying he would come on his day off to put new unit in as didn't want my dogs to be hot...and today Tuesday, Kenny put my new unit it. Very much appreciated! He did very neat job and explained everything to me once done.

Will was the tech who showed up to install a new Lennox furnace from Emerald Heating. He worked alone and did a great Job. He had to fit the new furnace into the spot of the old one. He Had to make new duct work to mate the new furnace to our duct work. Very nice young man. He also was a USA Vet! We have used Emerald heating for the past few years or so and Have had no complaints, all the techs are Highly professional and very knowledgeable. VERY HAPPY with the service today, New furnace works great and we were only without heat for a short while. THANK YOU Emerald heating and Will.

Update* Decided to go with Emerald again to install our AC. Cannot recommend them more. Professional, friendly, fair pricing. We will be repeat customers when we need maintenance or repairs.

Had a new tech this year and he was just as qualified as last years tech and did a great job.
Technician , called ahead as they stated and showed up on time, was clear in explaining what he was going to do and took time to clean/inspect all the parts. Was very friendly and answered all my question in a understandable manor, was very happy with service performed.

Emerald was great. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. A technician came out within just a few hours of my call to check my heating unit that was off over night. Mike B was great. He was professional, personable, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and answered every question asked.

The heating system went out in my rental and Emerald came out in less than 24 hours fixing the problem with full explanation and answering any questions I had .
