Sullivan Heating & Cooling

When my furnace went out on me a few years ago I picked Sullivan's based on the great reviews I read and I can say they have definitely lived up to them. Everyone there is very professional and friendly.
After the first year with my new furnace I got a text from Christine asking if I wanted my furnace serviced and I was so surprised to here from her. Ever since then I don't even worry about my furnace because I know when it's time for servicing I'll get a text message.
Maria who is knowledgeable as well as professional and friendly is my technician that comes every year and is also the one who installed my furnace, so that's really nice that you get to know the people you are interacting with. Overall Sullivan's is a great company with great employees.

Sullivan was fantastic to work with. We had issues with our AC needing enough repairs that it was worth it to replace the entire system. Jerry did a great job of explaining our options for repairs and replacements, and we never felt pressured into anything. The team who worked on our furnace and AC installation was great to work with and did an awesome job. We would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

We woke up this morning without a working furnace. I called Sullivan Heating because I remembered I had a good experience the last time with Jerry Jr. We had another great experience today.

Jerry Jr came out to troubleshoot the furnace and identified our motor was broken and a few other furnace parts that were aging on our 20-year old furnace. Jerry didn’t force us into a sale, but laid out our options of replacing the motor or replacing the entire unit. Jerry gave detailed explanations of what each model could offer and allowed me to think about it with my wife. We went with a replacement.

Our installers Jordan and Nate both arrived and introduced themselves. They both represented the company extremely well and were very friendly. Jordan was familiar with my Nest thermostat and was able to identify the common wire I didn’t realize existed in the wall. After install, they both went over all of the parts they installed and operation of the furnace.

Before any of the three members of the Sullivan team I worked with arrived, I received photos of each. Their van was also appropriately marked so I knew exactly who they were when they arrived (nothing worse than the ‘plain white van’ showing up).

I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Sullivan’s with any heating/cooling needs.

Jerry was delayed with the previous job, but his office supervisor Christine stayed in touch to keep us abreast of when to expect him. Very good communication. Jerry was very upfront with his diagnostics & what needed to be done to track down the problem with our a/c. Nice folks. Would recommend.

We woke up yesterday to our baseboard heater making an awful noise and the heat turning off shortly after. It was obvious something was wrong and knowing our boiler was very old, we figured that was the issue.
My dad recommended calling Sullivan to see if they can come out and take a look. Maria was able to make it to our house only a few hours after making the call and looked right into the situation. It indeed was the boiler and told us we can either fix the issue, or by her recommendation, replace the whole system. We decided we didn’t want to put anymore money into a 30 year old boiler and that replacing it would be the best option. Maria even left us space heaters to keep our house warm for the remainder of the day and overnight, which was very generous! She also told us that they would be able to get it done the next day.
Sure enough the next day they were at our house by 9:30, ready to go. The installers, Jordan and Nate, were friendly, helpful, professional and hard-working and they were able to complete this big task in a day! They even hauled away the old boiler and left no mess at all.
We are so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Sullivan to anyone with a heating/ cooling issue.

Jerry was absolutely amazing! Took time to go over all my options with me, and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future if need be!

This company is responsive and professional and ALWAYS on time. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like they appreciate your business. They put covers on their shoes when entering your home and clean up after themselves. They make use of today’s technology with text reminders and updates for appointments and send email for quotes and receipts. They alway provide paperwork for reimbursement for National Fuel’s rebate program and offer help if needed to fill it out. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've seen good and bad but they go above good. They are very respectful of your home and communicate everything with you from when they plan to arrive through every step of the work they perform. Great company and highly recommend them.

Couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Jerry Sullivan with Sullivan Heating & Cooling! We were without heat and they were able to come same day, on time, honest and very professional. We will definitely do business with them again.
