Emerald Heating & Cooling

Wonderful experience! Woke up to a house with no heat. Staff was very friendly and professional throughout including scheduling personnel and the technicians. They explained everything and gave options for how I wanted to proceed. They also send a text with the technician's photo, name, text once on the way and a tracking link to see how far they were. Very happy (and warm now) with this company.

Showed up on time, was very professional. Explained all the issues and have multiple options with an itemized quote. Got the job done same day. Will be using Emerald for all heating and cooling needs going forward.

I had Will F. come over to service my furnace. Right away it felt like we knew each other for years. He was knowledgeable and he listened to what I had to say and got the job taken care of immediately. He was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and understanding also had a good work ethic and sense of humor. These folks are my kind of people. I will be a return customer. Thank you Will.

Kevin was very professional. He removed our old furnace and cleaned up nicely. Our new furnace was installed by Kevin as well. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions we had. So far our new furnace is working perfect! I would highly recommend Emerald!

I was able to have a technician within an hour of my call! Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He located the problem and fixed it in a short time. I will definitely call for tune ups in the future!

Had Emerald come out to my house to give me a quote on a new hot water boiler,they were very quick to tell me I need a new boiler and then wanted to charge me an outrageous price for one. They also didn't put my trap door back properly all the trim was broken to the door .Called a different company to come out they were very honest and professional said there was no way at all I needed a new boiler and quoted me like $3500 less then Emerald . I can not and WILL NOT recommend Emerald

When it came time to have my heating system replaced I called Emerald based on their good reviews. Unfortunately, I have had a few issues ever since the installation. Each year in the past three years I have had this heating system shut down and the temperature drop to below 50. The unit box will say call for service ($129 fee)therefore I do so. The manual unit rinnai brand is not too user friendly in regards to settings and options. (there is a unknown code that needs to be entered and no easy way to reset the heat.) The technicians are always wonderful!!! I understand it may take a few appointments to see what’s going on with it. It’s just unexpected to have my almost $7000 furnace not functioning after three years. Perhaps still the pipes are frozen at time. They were kind to offer the space heaters for a ($40 each rental).

Michael Miszuk has been to our home on several occasions to repair our Air Conditioner. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and is very friendly!!!! He is also extremely pet friendly with dogs and enjoys having them around!!!! He is one of the best Technicians that Emerald has!!!! I always ask for him on service calls!! You cannot go wrong with him!!!!
