I was very lucky to have found this company due to flyer they had in the mail. I am glad I called and got a quote. The entire process from sales coordinator, to the quote, to measurement, to final install was professional and extremely pleasant. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and made me thrilled I switched my business to them. Great company and glad I chose them. They were able to schedule a next day appointment. Mike came out and listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to help. While no maintenance work was done the diagnostic portion gives me full confidence that if they needed to fix anything it would have been in the right hands. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend using them if you have a need! If I ever need anything in the future Emerald will be the first company I call.

Will , the technician, called me the day before my appointment to see if I would like to have an appointment a day earlier, so I wouldn’t be without heat overnight, which I really appreciated! He was on time and very friendly, and showed me a few things I was unaware of. These things may save me repair costs down the line! All in all, a great experience!

AC stopped working so the technician came in after hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I knew my system was shot and he showed me my many options. Would definitely recommend again. The only issue I had was I realized becuase of the right working space of the unit in the basement one of the outlets was damaged during the assessment. Not a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience. Still recommend due to their quick response and professionalism.

From the start when we got our estimate, Justine was very thorough, professional, and very personable, When the crew came out to do the installation, Robert and his crew were very kind and put my mind at ease. They even laid down drop cloths on my carpeting as to not stain the carpeting. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked

The tech servicing my AC unit (Mike) was very professional and informative. Scheduling the appointment, on time arrival, through problem resolution all went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Emerald to others needing similar service.

Came the day I called, couldn't be any happier. Very professional came and replaced my thermocouple on my hot water tank , took maybe 40 minutes In and out . Very pleased highly recommended

Mike was awesome, super friendly highly efficient. Mike saved us from another hot sleepless night. He explained everything and even Sealed up some holes to increase the effectiveness of our unit something he didn’t have to do but I highly appreciate him and his services. I will call emerald for all my heating and cooling needs in the future

Emerald was great. I have them a call and explained the issue, wasn’t an emergency or anything, water heater intermittent not working. Had a tech out the next day 3 hours before appointment time (they checked with me first if that was ok) and the tech diagnosed the issue promptly. Will use again for future needs
