Very helpful company. I was in need of help and the company who initially installed my hot water tank would not return phone calls. Emerald was to my house within the hour and diagnosed and came up with a solution in a very short amount of time. They will be fixing the issue before Christmas. I am very pleased and thankful for them.

The pro was went really smooth from providing the quote to installing our new furnace. The technicians were very knowledgeable and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Left the area where they worked nice and clean. Would definitely be using them for future services.

The 2 gentleman that were here for the entire new service installation were so knowledgeable and hard working, I really don’t think they took time to eat lunch.
Taylor and Nick absolutely hands down were probably 2 of the most intelligent, proper, clean and just outstanding technicians I’ve had the pleasure to have come to my home. Emerald from the 1st call till today (Taylor and Nick) there were a couple more in and out but these two started 1st thing this morning and didn’t leave until 7:40pm. Explained everything to me, showed me what I needed to know, I guess not so much because there is little to no maintenance that I need to do.

Awesome company to work with! They installed a mini split and central air in our house in under 7 hours. The team was punctual, courteous, professional and accommodating. Robert, Kevin, Justin and Brandon are the A team, thank you for your outstanding service and support.
