Besch Heating & Cooling

Called John to fix water dripping from furnace onto cellar floor. He came over,said I had a crack in the drain pan, taped the pan, cut two of my furnace couplings, charged me $168.56 and left. Next day,central air still dripping water,called another business. They came over,said it was nothing to worry about,they told me that because it was so humid this summer that more evaporation was flooding the drip pan and spilling out onto the basement floor. Sure enough,when the humidity lowered,the dripping stopped with the central air working fine. They charged me $30.00 to basically inform me that I got stiffed out of $168.56 from Besch Heating & Cooling,3160 Walden Ave. Depew, NY. My advice, think twice before calling this business....

John was very nice, 3 hours early and got the job done well. My wife said he was very nice and seemed very honest. Will definitely use Besch again in the future.
