During a hot stretch of weather our current AC unit was not providing us with cool air. I called the Robert Nowak company and was happy to find that same day they made time in their busy schedule to stop by for a service call. I was kept informed about when they would arrive and an email was sent showing who would be coming to perform the service. Chris Nowak was very professional and made sure that I understood the work that needed to be done, the parts that were required and why those parts needed to be replaced. Chris and the crew at RA Nowak spent a few days installing a new boiler at our old house. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while we worked at home. The workmanship on this complicated system was fantastic. Plus, they left the work area cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend them.

I recently experienced a parts related issue, and Nowak came the next day to assess the problem, helped me with the warranty process and working with the manufacturer, and fixed it almost immediately. Chris was on-time, communicative, and very thorough with the job. He was very transparent from the beginning, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and educated me on the process. He fixed the gas leak occurring in my gas insert fire place in my living room and installed a gas line for our patio to use a gas grill. The job was done well and we are enjoying our grill on our new patio.

We moved into our home 1.5 years ago and it came with an outdoor AC unit. This summer it started acting strange. With a call to Nowak HVAC, I not only got an appointment fairly quickly, but Chris did a fantastic job explaining everything about the unit and my homes current air-flow situation.

Thankfully we didn't need anything and the unit was simply strained from all this summer's needs. Which is another major point here, they inspected and didn't try to sell me something unnecessary. He told what how I can keep it running for a decent time, and that maintenance wasn't necessary right now.
