Justin is an excellent system maintenance employee. The best representative of this company. I always request him to come to my home for maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions and makes informative suggestions. Could not ask for a better individual.

Had them install 2 furnaces and 2 tankless hot water tanks about 5 years ago in our duplex. They did not clean up after themselves and left pipe cuttings/dust all over the floor. They also did not remove the old hot water tank that they agreed to remove prior to installing the new ones.

Fast forward 5 years. We wanted the tankless hot water heaters delimed and flushed as they are expensive to replace. We were hesitant to call Capital Heat again, but figured they could flush the units they installed. The tech arrived and questioned me why there was no ports installed on the units to flush through. After about a 40min phone call with a manager, it was determined that THESE units didnt need to be flushed ( I had done my own research prior to contacting them and found from the manufacturer that they DO need to be flushed) which is not true. They just didnt install flush valves when they put in the water heaters. They charged me 149$ for doing nothing other than confirming what we already knew.

After 2 bad experiences with this company, they are just not worth our business. It was poorly run 5 years ago and i see nothing has changed.

They have since came back and made the changes that were neglected to begin with. I am going to leave this post up but know that after I made this post they contacted me and made it right.

Rick from Capital heat came out to give us an estimate and fix our AC unit. He was very professional, always on time and answered any questions that I had.

Brent did an excellent job. Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. And he arrived on time.

Capital Heat. installed my AC and Heat system and they maintain them I have had many different techs, tonight it was Mike Herpin. I have always been very happy with the techs and the service. The few times I have needed service their response was great. It’s good to have someone you can depend on, Thank You to all the techs and Capital Heat, you’re the best.

Capital Heat sent Clifford to our house the same day we had an issue with our furnace. Clifford was very professional and efficient at identifying the issue and providing a solution. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using Capital Heat in the future!

Christmas eve morning and furnace is not heating. Called cap heating, left msg with a receptionist, who logged my issue and said a tech will call you. 6 hrs later, the technician called (didn't get his name). I explained, he determined a solution and talked me thru it. I am thankful for the help at this inconvenient time. Saved my holiday.

Outstanding service, my furnace was malfunctioning and capital heating came same day and serviced it. It was determined that the pressure switch and inducer fan were not working. They replaced the pressure switch and FIXED my inducer motor fan!!!
That means they were not shady and try to sell me a new one, I would've never know. They saved me about $400. Thank you!!!
