I can not say enough about Chris and his team. He was beyond knowledgeable regarding the issues with our furnace and went over all of our options to remedy and replace. We ended up going with a full furnace and AC replacement and his crew did an amazing job. They were extremely neat, clean and communicative during the entire install. As a new homeowner it was important to work with someone I trusted and I beyond trust Chris and his crew. I would confidently recommend them to anyone!

Have used Nowak Heating & AC exclusively for years. When it came time for our 36 year old furnace replacement that was installed by Chris's dad, we got estimates from different companies but Chris Nowak came within a few dollars of the "bigger guys" quotes. Other companies spent less than 20 minutes in our home and tried to sell us a furnace that was too big for our home. I suspect that was because they had a warehouse full of those furnaces.Chris came in and spent 2 hrs. giving us detailed info on what we needed! It was a no brainer to go with Chris & company. Kali & Paul did the install & everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Robert A. Nowak Heating & AC to any body looking for HVAC service.

Great Company to have install our new HVAC Nest system that was recommended by Chris Nowak We have lowered the amount of KW used by at least 40%. We kept the A/C set @ 75 degrees this summer 2022, and were very comfortable.

Both of the gentlemen were wonderful. The clearly explained what they were doing and gave us recommendations on what needed to be done by importance such as must do, should do and should consider doing. They showed up promptly and we're extremely courteous and very efficient. Highly recommend them. Will definitely call for any future HVAC needs.

I have used Novak Heating and Cooling since purchasing this house 22 years ago. They provide a great service with professional, knowledgeable staff -who come out and take care of what needs to be done in a timely manner. I have never been anything but pleased with the work that they’ve done, and I will continue to use to call on them in the future.

I wish I could give Chris and his team 10 stars. They have been doing my furnace and AC maintenance for almost 10years and I have always been impressed with their honesty and professionalism. When my 33year old furnace finally died (in the midst of the January cold snap) Chris came to the rescue.

I called in November 2020 with a problem with my furnace. They came right out. My furnace was almost 20 years old and since I had done repair work already, I decided to go with a new furnace and air conditioner. Chris was very professional and accommodating.They were respectful of my home and I think they left the basement cleaner than it was when they started. In March of 2021 they came back to get the air conditioner install completed. Today Chris came out and completed the air install. I am very pleased with this company. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I am happy that I was able to support a local business and highly recommend Nowak Heating and Cooling.

We have used this company for many, many years. The service is always excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, timely and friendly. When we had a furnace emergency in the middle of the night during the winter, they were there first thing the next morning and had us up and running in no time. Truly wouldn't use anyone else!
