This company may have good response time and customer service in the office but, they serviced my mother in law today and charged $346 for a dual capacitor plus service call and tax. I understand making money on something but, the part may cost $30 max and I'm in the industry so I am aware of procedure. I live 700 miles away so I could not help her today. I know what what mark up is and my mother in law is 81 yrs old. They took advantage of her. Most company's I've worked for charge about $80 for a part like this plus accumulated time. If they had to get the part and return, price should have been about $270 total plus tax and not $480 total. Buyer beware!!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves and all the others they have taken advantage of. Updating my review by stating that they refunded my mother in law $100.
Superior came to my house within an hour on a Saturday when my furnace quit. Discussed pros and cons of repairing 15 year old furnace and decided to replace with high efficiency furnace. They were at my house on Monday at 9:15 a.m. to install. Can't say enough about their service!!
We purchased our log cabin home in Orchard Park and used the HVAC company recommended by the seller. All went well until that contractor sold to a competitor of Superior. They told us we needed a new boiler system and proceeded to install it. It never worked properly and they came back at least 5 times with no success. Finally, I called Superior HVAC. They re-engineered what the other company did and it began working like a charm. I've used them ever since and found them professional and timely. I few years ago they installed an air conditioning system in our home which is no easy feat in a log home. It works great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled a 9:00am appointment for today. After nobody showing up by 9:30am, I called the office to see what was going on. The guy I spoke with said he would contact dispatch and see where the plumber was. It has been 20 minutes since speaking with the company and I still haven't gotten any information on where the plumber is. At this point I am going to have to call back and cancel. I am pretty disappointed considering the company had over a 4 star review when scheduling my appointment.
We used Superior Heat to replace both the furnace and air conditioner at our previous house. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with. For the furnace, I called at 7:30pm at night after it stopped working (in the middle of January). They came out the same night and diagnosed the problem, and replaced the furnace first thing the next morning. Would recommend without hesitation.
Top notch team. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Professional and polite. They are very knowledgeable and will let you know the pros and cons of every option available to you along with an estimated cost. They are not afraid to say a high-priced option is probably not the best idea.
I am very pleased with the service of my AC unit. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend Superior to friends and family!
