Alex was prompt, experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was and was able to fix it without selling me unnecessary parts.

Brandon M. and Doug D. removed our old A/C unit and installed our new unit, in a new location. Both were very kind and professional. Technician was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Brandon installed a new hot water tank in @ 3hrs. He went through the operation with me and cleaned up the entire work area. I would definitely request him for any future services.

Matthew arrived as scheduled to check our furnace and AC. He was pleasant and professional and replaced an item in the AC unit. He also replaced the furnace filter since we had one available. He even set our Nest thermostat for us. We were very satisfied with the service. We would definitely use Emerald again and request Matthew.

Competent, professional sales and installation. Generally good communication. One minor element of the install was not to my satisfaction, and they came back soon to fully correct it.
Everyone we dealt with seemed genuinely concerned that the project go well. I would use them again.

We called and received same day service, we received a call from the technician that he was on his way. He was earlier then the estimated time which was wonderful. He explained everything and repaired what needed. He went over what we should be doing to prevent the issue in the future. Everyone from the woman who answered the phone to the technician was professional, kind and courteous.
