Emerald Heating & Cooling

We recently had Emerald Heating and Cooling replace our furnace, AC and hot water tank. I can't say enough about how polite and professional the whole team was from start to finish. Crystal Weber, the technician who came to service our system was very knowledgable and professional. Justine Tiburzi, in sales, gave us estimates for the replacement of our system. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions. Robert Morales, Gavin and Taylor installed our system with minimum disruption to our household. They were polite, efficient and made sure everything was cleaned to our satisfaction before they left.
We highly recommend Emerald Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of a repair or replacement.

I’ll admit they were not my first call (did not install the furnace) but I’m glad it was the right call. Crystal was at my door within 10 minutes of calling after the Christmas blizzard lwhen no other company picked up the phone. Fixed my furnace and we were good as new in an hour. Thank you so much.

Crystal was very personable and professional. My CO detector needed checking and I need a new one. She checked CO levels to be sure and advised my hot water tank is 20 years old and will probably need replacement soon and gave estimate. Very pleased with my service today

The whole experience with Emerald was excellent! The guys who installed my new furnace were completely professional, friendly and hard working. Taylor and Nick gave the BEST customer service experience while they were in our home! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have the hvac service plan. It gives you peace of mind and a great price on service! All of the service personnel are very friendly.

I purchased new A/C unit from Emerald and Robert Morales and Brandon came out to install it. They arrived on schedule and Robert walked me around the job and explained what they were going to do. Robert and Brandon were very respectful and polite and answered any questions I had. Upon completing the installation Robert took around again showing me what was done and explained how the system worked. The basement and yard were left cleaner than they arrived. I’m very happy with the work they performed and would recommend Emerald to anyone with HVAC issues or is thinking about a new heating and/or air conditioning unit.

Had an overall great experience having emerald install my new furnace. Taylor was very professional, friendly and polite. Explained what he was going to do before the installation and walked through everything after he was finished. Walked me through using the new thermostat and cleaned up before he left. Everything from the initial estimate to installation was A+.

Emerald performed annual maintenance on my a/c system this past late spring. Tech informed me that, although it was working fine at that time, it had a refrigerant leak and I should consider replacing the entire system. Received an estimate from Emerald for a new system for $9,000. I called another company who checked the system and found that Emerald performed "sloppy" service. They repaired it, and made some other adjustments. Following this repair and adjustment, the system performed very well throughout the entire season, cooling even better than previous years. I informed Emerald of this situation back in July, and have not received an acknowledgement or response.

Emerald is a great company to deal with. I called this morning having an issue with my hot water tank. Within 4 hours Michael was at my house. He was very polite and professional. He assessed the situation quickly and told me what needed to be done. The appointment is set for first thing tomorrow.
3/19/2022 Finally able to send followup. The day after Michael assessed my hot water tank, Will came to install a new one. He was very personable & professional. Within a few hours I had hot water! He explained everything when he was done. Very satisfied with Emerald services & staff!
