We did a little preventative work on the emergency drip pan for our AC unit in the attic. Our technician, Eric F., did a great job walking us through the entire process, from estimate to installation. We signed up for a maintenance package for ac units. Thank you Emerald.

Service from Michael was great! Very nice person and informative about my system. Only thing I didn’t like was that I had to “call back” at 3:00 p.m. when I called at 9:00 a.m. why couldn’t they schedule me when I called the first time? Yes it was an emergency since I had no heat and temps are dropping and a storm is coming tonight. Didn’t seem very professional with that requirement.

Rob and Brandon are hardworking and well mannered gentlemen they did an excellent job installing our new furnace and hot water tank several weeks ago and we highly recommend this company

Called on a 90* weekend evening when my AC wasn’t blowing from most vents, and the temperature was rising. Will came out first thing Sunday morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. He offered solutions and quoted the job before completing it. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. Very relieved to have the AC working again and to be on track with regular servicing going forward.

My service tech was running behind and customer service and tech kept me updated regarding his arrival and also offered to re-schedule. It was worth the wait. Great service by Sebastian, explained the cleaning and maintenance process and answered any questions I had. I signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement and look forward to having Emerald Heating as my HVAC company.

I called Emerald at 8:45 in the morning to come and assist with getting my heat running in a house that we own. They answered the call professionally. They advised me they could have someone to the house by noon and that that person would call before coming. At 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the assigned technician who said he would be there in about a half an hour ...perfect! He got the system running. He advised me of parts that should be replaced to be sure we didn't have the same problem again and gave me an estimate of the price. When I inquired about full replacement cost he said they can have someone come out to give me an estimate. Within 15 minutes of his departure I had a call from someone in the office who said she could be over within an hour and she was! She provided me with two different options for replacement if I decide to go that way. Great timely courteous and professional service!
