    They came out on a timely manner there was 2 techs that worked to get it fixed the first time and stayed to make sure it cooled then the compressor kicked they have made it anyway possible to get this fixed. They were very accommodating and came as fats as they could cause of disabled individuals in the home.... Shout out to the Owners they are amazing.

    Jenaro was so awesome!!!!

    He showed up just 20mins after calling me, stating he was on his way. When he arrived, he wasted no time working on my AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem & went to work. I have 3 small children and I was concerned about the temp in my home, but he took care of us! He made sure everything was done properly and while doing so, we had a great conversation about sports. Dr Cool is lucky to have such an awesome tech like Jenaro!!!!

    Used Doctor Cool for the first time and was extremely pleased with the results. Jesse very quickly diagnosed my A/C outage as a failed furnace control module on Wednesday 8/15 and Eric and Nate returned the next day Thursday to install a new control module and get me back in cool air. They all did a great job and I heartily recommend Doctor Cool for HVAC work.

    Edit: Response to owner. Why didn’t you report cut wire after first visit? During first visit technician came and said that part needs to be ordered. Then came back for second visit (supposedly to exchange part, which never happened) and left without fixing the unit. Then, all of a sudden the wire is cut? Nobody was working on our AC between your first and second visit. After you left and later our claim was denied we had to pay for second opinion and apparently not only you misdiagnosed the problem but also “somebody” disconnected the wires, not cut them. You are either completely unprofessional or something else is going on. After reading older reviews there is clearly some pattern here.

    Original review: I have a serious concern with this company. They looked at our AC unit a few times and then suddenly there was a “cut wire”. Very odd and they didn’t tell us about it but instead told HSA, which resulted in them denying claim for AC repair.

    We can’t get straight answer out of them when the “cut wire” was found or why they didn’t tell us about it.

    Scheduled a service call through AHS. the guy from Dr. Cool arrives not knowing why he was here. Thought it was a maintenance call. 1rst issue tech doesn't wear or offer to wear a mask to protect exposer of Covid 19
    2nd tech comes in without using booties to keep floor clean.
    3rd While right next to him at the Furnace he hears the noise coming from the unit and stated that it wasn't the ducts because it only happens when the heat run he proceeded to open unit because he heard the noise.
    evidently he doesn't know how to fix it and try's to use lame excuses about maybe its the filters or a vent . So i pulled filters out and opened the vent . Noise cont. Then he states that AHS doesn't pay to fix noises. Then says he cant hear it. His lies keep adding up. I explained to him that a furnace is not designed to make the noise its making and its a failure somewhere in the unit as I work for a Mechanical Contractor and design Co. He didn't have a clue. He was just a body in a van . Shame mind you Dr. Cool for sending this clown to pretend he's a professional. Second opinion on the way and if this was the best of AHS then I will hire a real HVAC tech to fix and take these fools along to court with AHS. Definately beware of DR #ool
    I'm adding this after Dr. Cool was recently resent out by my Home warrantee co.
    To the Owner who replied to my review. Get your facts straight before you respond.
    AHS does cover noise ,as noise usually signals a failing part. They sent your co. back out with your "senior techs. Two of them showed up and were very nice and way more professional then the first clown you sent. They heard the exact same noise the first guy did . The first guy heard it then tried to deny hearing it. When he couldn't figure out how to fix it. By your response He must have learned how to lie from you . The techs very quickly figured out what was wrong and made an adjustment that was sufficient to stop the noise. I was going to remove this bad review and replace it with a good one as everyone deserves a second chance to do the right thing. But by your lame response. In all fairness ill leave it as it is to help the consumer realize what you are truly made of. Good day

    I have a home warranty with AHS. My upstairs unit failed on Sunday and started blowing out hot air. After turning off the unit I requested service and received a message for
    AHS stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I received the company name and a bad phone number, but was able to locate it easily on the web. My warranty company has the wrong number (fixed) on file and because of this I called at 1240 the next day to ensure I could personally reach someone. I was contacted at 1:44pm and was told that they had tried contacting me all morning. I quickly informed them that this was exactly why I called and left a voicemail. I just wanted the unit fixed. Unfortunately they couldn't come until Tuesday. I am very lucky to have two AC units in my home so deemed this a minor setback.

    My tech was Jesus and he was absolutely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and did an efficient job. Quickly diagnosed the issues, repaired it and checked his work. He left the area clean and was very professional and easy to talk to. I am impressed with this technician.

    These guys caused a huge leak by not checking the condensation pan in the attic! My air-conditioner froze, and they didn't even come inside to check the other parts of the air conditioner. They stayed outside! Do not use this company they are no cool. They suck! I have leaks & ceiling damage due to ther negligence. Shame on you Dr. Cool...NOT!

    I was so grateful that I got an appointment with 'Doctor Cool' the same day!!! My furnace went out and I am expecting a houseful of guests for the forecast of a 'cold' New Year's Eve! They even came several hours before the time-frame and did a fast job fixing the furnace. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I'm so happy!!

    They were assigned through my homeowners insurance to fix my AC. They stated they fixed it and it seemed like it worked for a few weeks then the problem began to reoccur and only get worse over time. They refused to come back out to look at the problem again without additional payment. You’re better off going elsewhere as their work obviously isn’t very good

    I was having issues with my central air conditioner, so I had a friend look at it. My friend added some freon, but he said the air fan motor was malfunctioning...going out.
    After this, I contacted another friend that recommended Dr Cool. She specifically told me to ask for Eric.
    I called Dr. Cool on Sat 6/30/18 and they had an employee of Dr Cool at my house on Monday. 7/2/18.
    The first employee to arrive was Damian. He was personable polite and we had a great dialogue about his service in our military in Iraq. ( Damian thank you again for defending this wonderful country in Iraq- you are a hero).
    Damian, identified the problem within ten minutes. FAN MOTOR. He told me the cost immediately and we proceeded with the service call.
    Because Damian had another appointment, He called in Josh, who was accompanied by Eric the proprietor of Dr Cool.
    Both Eric and a Josh were very polite, straight forward and a pleasure to interact with.
    Eric explained to me that he has been in business for over twenty-five years.
    I can see why Eric, his employees and Dr Cool are so successful: they care about their customers and they treat them like human beings and not like another number.
    All of you mentioned in this review should be very proud of what you do everyday. You are all professionals that put the customer first and follow up to make sure that all work is complete before you leave.

    UPDATE: The Air again failed.
    I called Dr. Cool and they sent John out to fix the issue.
    John indicated that there was a loose wire in the HVAC system circuit board in the attic.
    John fixed it and did not charge me any additional fees or service charges. Thank you Jon and thanks you to all of the staff at Dr Cool!
    I highly recommend Dr Cool for all of your Air Conditioning Heating service needs..
    They are trustworthy and reliable.
