I appreciate the speedy work and reasonable prices from Air Done Right. James came to my condo early, told me he wanted come back first thing in the morning because he was concern of the wind and being on the roof. He not only did the diagnostic right away but he fix it the same day. I really appreciate the quick help and customer service from James. Would highly recommend!

Air Done Right was referred by my next door neighbor. She was very pleased with their work and customer service. Our a/c broke down during the red alert high temp. Our home warranty tech couldn't come out until the eigth day even though we had an emergency situation. After 2 days without air we called Air Done Right on Saturday. Eric came by on Sunday. The broken condenser could not be replaced because parts were no longer made. So we had the HVAC unit replaced. Eric said the new unit will be replaced the next day due to the emergency. Techs were great very professional, experienced and friendly. They came at 3 pm and finished at 9pm. They did a great job at clean up. We and our doggies were so happy to have air after 3 hot days. Customer service at the office was helpful, prompt and efficient. They responded to all questions and requests with no hesitation.

Yesterday I had a different service come out to fix a capacitor in one of my air conditioning units that had stopped working. While checking it, the guy told me that the new capacitor would only hold for about 3 days as the rest of the unit was failing. He also told me that because we didn't have secondary overflow drain pains on our coils in the attic, that our ceiling was at risk of collapsing. I was quoted $11.4-$13.4k for a replacement system for upstairs only. Suffice to say, I was freaking out about this potentially giant bill and the possibility of our ceiling collapsing.

My husband was at work and asked me to get a second opinion before we decide. I called up Air Done Right after normal business hours, told them I could wait until morning for a tech as I didn't want someone to come back to work if they're already home for the day.

A few minutes later I got a message saying they had a tech that was still out in the field and could swing by in a half hour or so. I said sure.

Eric J. came out and ran a diagnostic test, went into the attic and told me that my system is fine. That the condenser is running as it should and wasn't at risk of failing within days like the other guy told me.

While he did confirm that we didn't have secondary overflow drain pains under our coils, he said we're currently not at risk of failure or overflow where our ceiling would collapse.

Eric gave me a quote for drain pans and told me to call whenever we're ready to decide on drain pans.

I was still a frazzled mess due to the fact an AC failure fix isn't in my budget right now.

While no money exchanged hands, I'm so thankful for the service Eric J. provided to put my mind at ease and am impressed by the quick response from the company.

1st off this house is 30 miles outside of town!!! Naturally there’s no good time to looses ac- in fact August is probably the worst time to looses it! Understand that for them to be willing to go there and go same day is just Amazing!!! Second the technician Mark was awesome communicative and thorough- got the system up and running and made my day!! I would use them again and again!!! I highly recommend!!! They followed up next day even—- hands down great customer care- I’d give 100 stars if I could!! Eric J. came out to inspect and service my AC unit. The dual capacitor rated a 6 out of a 40-something. He replaced it quickly and on the spot, and was able to knock $50 off the cost, also. It is warrantied.

Eric J came to do an estimate on our heating system. He was very professional and thorough. We will definitely use this Company in the future.

The crew came timely. They did the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me how the work the thermostat. I highly recommend them.

Eric J inspected our aging heating system and discovered a major problem. We decided to replace both HVAC systems and the Air Done Right install crew led by Gabriel did a fantastic job of removing the the old systems and installing the new systems. This crew worked together in perfect harmony in a quite and efficient manner and completed the job in about 8 hours.....I highly recommend this company.....
