Leo was very nice and explained what needed to be done. We did not use him as the owner selected a cheaper bid however I would recommend him and use him again for other properties as the need arises.

I called in not knowing what was wrong with my AC unit. Leo showed up and was very polite and told me he would diagnose my issue. He helped me change my air filter, but when he went on my roof to check the issue out. He did not run a test on the freon. He mentioned that the motor was going to need to be replaced. I had someone else come in and give me a second opinion, they tedted the pounds of freon and it was at 40, when it's supposed to be at 60-65. I feel like more could have been done to diagnose my issue since I paid $75 for it.

Leo is honest and reliable. I have an older unit and he has helped maintain and keep it running. He’s always available to come out within 24 hours and responds promptly!

Leo didn’t waste no time. He knew what’s wrong with the main unit system and had it done in less than 2 hours. The previous tech who serviced the unit did a poor job. Burnt wires and installed incorrect parts. I’m glad that Leo was able to fix that and improved the performance of my AC. Leo installed a new fan motor, re-did the wires and replaced it with the correct capacitor.

Leo was very professional and on time. Helped me understand how to keep my unit running efficiently and helped me save money on my power bill. Great service and referred him to my coworker and she was also extremely pleased with his service. He was also cheaper than a couple other places I called.

It was very refreshing to see a company that promptly answered my questions - at 10pm the night before - and scheduled for the next day. Arriving on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me cost for parts and labor, installed everything, then finished the cleaning and system check. Was so efficient and professional. Couldn't ask for better service or value.

BEYOND HAPPY! I'm not the one to do reviews what so ever but I felt compelled to do so for the outstanding and quality service I received. My A.C unit went out a few weeks back causing me A LOT of stress and anxiety. I didn't know who to call nor how expensive the repairs would be. After a little research I came across this company and decided to give Leo a call and see if he could come out and look at my unit. I was completely shocked at how fast and punctual he was! A few years back I called another company and it seemed as if it took ages to even get someone to show up. After doing some talking with Leo I found out how knowledgeable he is about the trade. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt as if I learned a lot of information in the time that. Keep in mind I had 1000 questions for him and he still remained patient and showed no signs of being bothered by it what so ever. After he diagnosed my AC unit I was impressed at how much more affordable he was compared to other local companies that are money hungry and doing mickey mouse repairs. I love the fact how much more personal the whole experience was with him. Leo is super friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anybody! I will not be using another AC company other than his. I have also been recommending him to all my close friends due to the great service and experience I had with him. AGEVAC has an amazing guy named Leo, after calling to a few places that doesn’t wouldnt fix my A/C and kept trying to sell me a new unit. I called AGEVAC, early in the morning and Leo answered the phone immediately and came to my place the same day (by the end of the day) and fixed my HVAC system extreamly fast. Leo came out and fixed our downstairs AC. He was very professional in completing the work in a very timely manner. Leo was probably the most courteous AC contractor that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I would not hesitate having him work on my AC or heating issues!!!
