I asked for someone to come and give me a consultation back in March. I was still undecided but kept all the information that was left to me. One of my Ac units broke down in June so this urged me to get in contact with the same man that gave me my original consult and he still had all of my estimates. I told him I wanted to move forward so he sent me a link for financing. It was a simple straight to the point process. The very next day workers showed up at 7am to have two brand new air conditioners installed. They followed up a day later asking me if everything was completed to my satisfaction and I was definitely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I come across in the future.

Based on input from my rat exterminators, I decided I needed to replace all my ductwork, which was leaking and old and just laying on the lower attic rafters rather than hanging from the top rafters. Buenos Aires ripped out all my old ductwork and replaced it with new. They doubly sealed all the joints correctly and built me a new plenum. They added proper flue vents because the old ones were installed incorrectly and were vented into the attic rather than through the roof to the outside. They did a minor amount of damage to my ceiling in one place but sent out a drywaller/painter who professionally fixed that spot. I definitely notice a difference in air flow now and am very happy to have professionally installed ductwork. After the job, the rat exterminators claimed that my ductwork now looks excellent to them, based on their many years of work in attics.

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your company. I purchased an air conditioner from your store. The salesman told me that the unit was broken and that it would be better to replace the old unit. However, after the unit was installed and sent the paperwork to my insurance the salesman said it only needed a new compressor. I was very disappointed, as I had been told that the unit was beyond repair and needed to he replaced.

I called your company to complain about the salesman's false representation, and I spoke to the owner. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and promised to help me fix the problem. We agreed to meet at your store. However, I arrived at your store at the appointed time, and you where not there. I was told you would call to reschedule. I have not heard from you since then.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from your company. I feel that I was misled by the salesman, and I am very frustrated that you have not been able to fix the problem. At the very least call to apologize for not calling back and rescheduling our appointment.

Buenos Aires installed a new HVAC system on my rooftop a few years ago. Twice they came for small repairs. They were quick and efficient. They charge me nothing for the two repairs. It's still under warranty. Great friendly staff 👍

This company from the initial start was very professional. I scheduled my heater to be serviced due to not turning on. A very professional tech showed up on time and called first to let me know the ETA. The tech explained very clearly what the problem was and repaired the problem. I highly recommend this company. They do great work and explain everything as they go.
