Doctor Cool

2 days in a row they called to say they would be almost 1 hr late. I will not be using this company for anything. Good luck to those who schedule an appointment

I placed a repair call for my heating and Doctor Cool was the company that was assigned my work order and I could not be happier. Sarah called within a short period of time to schedule the technician. The next morning, Cody the technician from the company was at my home diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. He was extremely professional and efficient. Thank you Sarah and Cody.

Jeremy is amazing..on time diagnosed my issue with my ac..after I had 3 different companies come out and insisted I needed new ac...customer service was amazing with the office..thank you!

We had them out a few days before Thanksgiving. They diagnosed the issue same day but did not have the part with them. They left and said they would contact us with an eta fir the part. Same day they called and rescheduled a return visit 2 days later, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Cody and Adrian showed up within the window we were
provided put shoe covers on and went to work. Shortly after starting they had the motherboard replaced and our heater was working. Cody and Adrian were very friendly quick and clean. We appreciate the help they provided.

Cody with Dr Cool was very nice and helped us with our a/c issue through AHS.

Adrian came to repair our heater. He found out a hose was missing. He ran out and bought the hose, installed it and now it works!! So blown away about his hard work, kindness, professionalism and how he went out of his way to fix the heater. Thank you Adrian!!

My HVAC went out and Cody came and fixed it immediately. It required a new circuit board, and he had one on his truck. We are back up and running and WARM !

Don’t ever use this company!!! They are a scam! They came to my house and offer a repair to a broken AC compressor when we called to fix the problem after the AC not cooling Erica “the office manager” extremely rude and unprofessional and did not try helping what so ever. This is the worst experience we have ever had with anyone providing service. Don’t waste time and money this company is only going to steal your money they are a fraud!!

Cody just left my house, he was in and out quick, really nice and efficient plus he even brought in heavy chewy boxes from my porch. This kid deserves a raise just on his kindness and professionalism. I hope I see more Cody’s in the world. Dr Cool I hope all your workers are just as wonderful as this kid.

Don’t hire them!
The technician came to my house yesterday and wasn’t able to get my Furnace AC system repaired and reported to my home warranty of misusing of the equipment so, the warranty denied to repair my AC. I already requested another company to come to my house to get the problem solved. I always did the maintenance and changed the filter every 3 months.
