Alex was the technician. He was very pleasant and responsive. The problem was resolved quickly and he explained everything to us. I highly recommend this company if you have an HVAC issue.
Dr. Cool Air Conditioning team was very professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I have three properties and they have done a fabulous job. From their dispatch ladies Sara, Erica and Renee to their AC technicians Mike and Jose were happy to help. Mike took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my AC units in a way that makes sense to someone who is not an AC technician. I felt comfortable and trusted his professional judgment. Though Mike had bad news from my AC diagnosis, he was honest and their protocols made sense. I appreciate honesty. Again thank you team Dr. Cool.

Was referred by my home warranty to Doctor Cool thanks to them my claim was denied. I am a senior citizen, disabled and live by myself. Don’t have the funds to fix this. Contacted my insurance and they said that They could not approve claim because of the diagnose of Dr. Cool company. Home warranty assigned me with a different company for a second opinion and I am so happy that they will be covering expenses. The second opinion company’s name is five star home services inc. great company!
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left me in my house with a major safety issue. I was diagnosed with a bad switch. Tech never repaired the switch. Tech "jimmy rigged" the bad switch. My AC started running harder and my house started making noises from the unit. AHS stop recommending this company to home owners. I will not ever allow anyone from Doctor Cool to repair any other issues that I may have with my AC. I was forced to select a star just to post my review.
I was having problems with my hear not working during the middle of wintee so I called Doctor Cool. They sent Adrian out and he was able to identify and resolve the issue instantly. I highly recommend this company.
Friendly and professional estimate and repair by Trevor and Adrien. Received text message and friendly calls from Erika and Karina to make an appointment and follow up after the repair in a timely manner. Very satisfied with their work. Will recommend to family and friends.
Completely unprofessional. We had our AC unit stop working on a Tuesday and were told that no one could go out to see it until Saturday, which is unfortunate but understandable considering this is Las Vegas. The tech came by checked out the unit (which is on out roof) and told us that it needed repair and it looked like an old unit. Our air conditioner is approximately 45 years old and is going out. He then proceeded to tell us that it would be a good idea for us to get a new one (which we were not opposed to). Come Monday, we are notified that our home warrenty would not cover it because the tech that came out to see the unit reported that we had tampered with the unit anchors (which is not true at all). This ultimately led to our home warrenty not covering a repair or new unit because this tech decided to file a false report to our home warrenty company. This ended up costing us under $15,000 because of his unprofessionalism not to rely this same information to us that he relied to the home warrenty company. Not once did he mention the achors,, or us tampering with it. This tech not only cost is money but cost his own company money because we weren't opposed to just upgrading our unit to a new one. I would go with another company besides this company, completely unprofessional and shady company to do business with.
