Doctor Cool

This company was contracted through my home warranty because my heat stopped working. My dog had chewed the wires connected to the condenser outside. Dr. Cool misdiagnosed the problem and quoted me $1280 to fix the issue. I hired another company for a second opinion and the technician fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. Turns out there was a blown fuse in the furnace that had nothing to do with the outside wiring. The technician didn’t charge me to fix the blown fuse since it was such a simple fix. I was only charged $150 to repair the wires outside since they needed to be replaced to avoid issues with the cooling. The quote from Dr.Cool was insane. This company is bad business. Do your research and avoid. I also reported them to the home warranty company so that hopefully no one else will be scammed by them.

AMAZING! I have found my AC repair company for life! The technician (Roger) was very professional and thorough. His supervisor (Eric) even came along to supervise the job! Eric spent at least 30 minutes going over my questions and concerns about my AC unit, filters, tips and tricks to keep my house cooler in the Las Vegas Summers. These guys have no idea what there doing! Typical shady tweaker business that rather continuously change parts hoping that resolves issue instead of fixing the issue or replacing the unit. These are fake reviews on here. Go on Yelp if you wanna see the real reviews! This business needs to go bye bye

Ricardo & Cody came out today & simply fixed the loose wire at the thermostat to have the unit connected again. Their service is under AHS Warranty.

Called to schedule an appointment spoke to both Sara and Erika they were very friendly and understanding of mu situation. The technician arrived to my house put on a mask and booties with out even asking . Great company really take there time in getting to know the customer. Will use them again for any other repairs I may need.

Horrible service and even worse customer service. Overbilled and shotty work Do not use them for any hvac needs. They charged an extraordinary amount for freon and when I found out there might be an additional leak in the attic they took no responsibility for the fact that they never even checked the attic. The owner of the company was incredibly rude and should not be running a business.

The technician Shane came and checked my thermostat and said all it needed was new batteries. I didn't realize it had batteries and Shane showed me how to watch for that and change the batteries. He also checked to make sure the unit was running properly and adjusted the heating element which was running too hot - my furnace and thermostat are working perfectly. Shane did not rush through the service and was very pleasant to talk with and he also put in new filters for me. Being a senior lady alone I really appreciated Shane's consideration and patients.

Great company! My home warranty had originally assigned a different company to come look at my air conditioner and it was going to take 3 days before they could get out there. They then had Doctor Cool come instead and they came the very next morning. My appointment time was between 8-12 and they called me before 8 and were there by 8:15 and had the problem fixed in an hour. The technician was great. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I just wanted to recommend Doctor Cool! My A/C wasn't heating properly and my home warranty company arranged to have this company service my A/C system. I promptly received a phone call, and they were able to make an appointment for the very next day. I was given a window of 12-4 pm, and Jenaro, the service tech showed up at 2 pm. He was polite and very considerate of my home, and did a terrific job of taking care of the problem. I would highly recommend Jenaro and Doctor Cool any day!
