Doctor Cool

I had two separate a/c units go out a week apart from one another. My first Unit went out on a Saturday in the middle of summer with the temperature reaching over 110 outside. My Home warranty attempted to contact numerous companies because of the emergency situation over the weekend. Doctor Cool was one of the only companies that bothered to call back. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning and the technician arrived on time and was polite. He fixed the broken part and I'm now sitting comfortably in a nice cool house thanks to their quick and professional response.

Called today to schedule an appointment and young lady that answered was very friendly and polite. I was able to get a same day appointment and had my unit fixed with in minutes of technician arriving to my property . So glad I contacted doctor cool

Wow! Very Very Happy with my service. I use American Home Shield - Dr. Cool was the company dispatched: I have never used them so I was a little nervous...Not any more! The technician Freddy was very polite, told me what he was doing, what needed to be fixed, and completed the work in a timely manner! I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs!

I had Dr. Cool (Jena) sent to my home via my home warranty company. In 3 years, I’ve had to have an AC company come out each year. Dr. Cool responded within 48 hours (that’s a big deal when it’s over 100 degrees in Vegas/Henderson!)

About 8am, Dr Cool was contacted by my home warranty company when I called in a problem with our A/C unit. I was contacted within minutes by Eric who said that they would be able to come to our home between 10am and 1pm that same day. I was very happy as it is August in Las Vegas and the heat was "on". About 12:45, I received a call which I very much appreciated from Jesus the technician, he said that they were running a little late but would be there as soon as they could drive across town. Jesus and another technician, arrived about 2pm and within a half hour had the A/C system working! We were happily surprised as it seemed to be a minor problem and our unit has been working great ever since! Thank you to Dr Cool for their prompt, courteous and competent service!

I went to my home warranty company website Sunday morning to request maintenance on my heating unit. Sunday afternoon I received a call from Damien to schedule an appointment for Monday between 10 & 2. He also inquired as to what happened that had me calling. On Monday morning a little after 11 Freddy called to say he was 10 minutes out. He arrived and asked what the issue was ,I told him and he thought ge knew what the problem was. He started to access the situation by turning the heat on then climbed into the attic. About 15 minutes he knew what the issues was, had the part on the truck and 15 minutes later he was done. He showed me the broken part, gave me an invoice stating what he replaced and off he went. Freddy was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quick. My first dealing with Dr. Cool , they seem to know what they're doing and are trustworthy.

DR Cool was called out by my home warranty and they were fast to respond. They even squeezed me in the next day because of a cancellation. The guy explained everything to my Husband. All in all I recommend them FOR Sure.

I had Doctor Cool come out for a second opinion on my A/C unit through American Home Shield. Typically, when using contractors through AHS, they're not great. However, everyone at Doctor Cool was courteous, professional and very timely. Jenaro was the tech assigned to service my home and he was excellent. He was professional, personable and honest. He even went further than expected and repaired an extra part on my unit that wasn't originally found. I would recommend Doctor Cool and Janero anytime. Thanks!

I called to schedule an appointment . Spoke to Stevy she scheduled appointment for same day . Called back spoke to another young lady who also helped me with a copy of my receipt . I would Definitely recommend doctor cool to anyone for ac services . The technician did a great job and was very fast diagnosis my problem .
