    We had some issues with other companies our home warranty wanted to go through. Finally changed the work order to doctor AC and heating! They called me back within 2 hours, was able to schedule next day apt. The tech mike was friendly and helpful. It was painless and now have a working AC again!

    Terrible customer service!! They have been to my home 6 times to repair my AC but can't get it working right. This last time the tech simply walked in says "change your air filters" and left my wife tried to explain that the house was cool because of our portable AC unit. I'm contacting an attorney to sue both Dr cool and my home warranty company

    This company says something different every time. They told me they fixed the AC, only to stop working the next day. Then they told me they will repair it, but then sent an update saying that it's my fault the AC doesn't work. They are completely dishonest and their technicians just want to tell you that you need a brand new unit. I'm pretty sure my dog can fix the AC exactly as well as they can. Useless!

    My A/C went out. Home warranty company assigned Doctor Cool. Although I had to wait a day and a half for a service call, was very pleased with the work and professionalism of my repair person, Shane. Got me up and running very quickly.

    Our home warranty with AHS contacted Dr Cool for my ac service call. I was a little hesitant as to whether they would try to add on extra expenses but they absolutely did not. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and the technician Jenaro was excellent too. He arrived within the time frame and he fixed our problem with the overflow drain very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

    Handled the service call very professionally. An appointment was set with a 4-hour window, and the young man called ahead of time and arrived, as scheduled. They were able to fit me in almost immediately. The problem was identified quickly. Unfortunately, the service was not performed due to an issue with my Home Warranty company, who would have covered only $100 of the total $650 estimate, on top of the $75 service call I paid. I chose to not have the repair done at this time, as the unit is still working, and the problem is only sporadically occurring, but would have no reservations in calling them for the repair when it becomes a necessity.

    Doctor Cool sent Jenaro (technician) to fix our AC unit. Jenaro called about 30 mins before coming over within the 2-hr window that was given. He wore a mask & booties whenever he came inside the house which made me feel comfortable knowing that health & safety measures were being implemented by the company & technician, especially during this pandemic. Jenaro is very knowledgeable and professional. He was quick in diagnosing the problem and had the AC fix in no time. I highly recommend Jenaro for his professionalism & expertise and friendly demeanor. Very pleased overall with Doctor Cool. The receptionist Sara is also very pleasant to talk to when scheduling our appointment.

    I called American Home Shield because of the issues I was having with my AC unit. They assigned Doctor Cool, Damian was my service tech and he was great. Super friendly and explained everything. He was able to fix the issue quickly. I would recommend Doctor Cool to my friends and family. Thank you Damian for being so professional.

    Contacted my home warranty for an A/C outage (of course on a 110 degree day) at 8'30 pm on a Wednesday. I got a call from Doctor Cool at 715am Thursday morning, scheduled service call for 8-12am. Tech (Alex) showed up at 8am, started working right away and A/C was back up and working by 9:30am. Alex was the most professional and caring tech I have ever dealt with.. I am completely impressed by Doctor Cool!

    Please do not use this company. Erica who claims to be the owner is very rude, does not care, won’t take ownership of anything. My ac unit is broken again for the third time. There is always a new problem with the ac. They claim they do a diagnostic test on it but that test can’t find out what’s wrong with it. It is over 110 degrees in Las Vegas and Dr. Cool has no concern to fixing my ac unit right the first time. They make temporary fixes to last a week or so and then it brakes down. If they would just fix it right the first time. I would be a happy customer but it seems they do shady temporary fixes just so they can move on to the next job. They are contracted with American home shield. They are getting customers bc of my home Warranty Plan. Their contract should be terminated since they don’t care about quality of work.
