    We were sent to Dr. Cool through our home warranty company and we could not be happier with Jenaro’s service. He was friendly and efficient and was willing to answer any and all questions that we had. We will definitely be calling Jenaro at Dr. Cool again! :)

    This Cortes (Who says she's the owner) is rude and this company is only out for money. DO NOT fall into trusting the work 2 technicians came to my house. The first time they said it needed freon and charged me $480.00 and my husband asked them "don't you need to seal the hole before adding freon" his response: no it will close with the freon. 72 days later my freon is out!!! And ms cortes, wants another 480.00 I asked for someone else that are not crooks to be sent out. Don't think they're honest. Because, they're deceitful. I'm going to report them to the BBB. This dr cool. Is a scam!!! Watch yourselves. Ask your home warranty to send someone else. Thieves.

    Came out pretty quick. They had a time from 8-12 and they showed up around 920ish. Quickly diagnosed my AC as having a bad blower wheel. They had a tech nearby with a new part and were done with the entire job in about and hr and a half. The only bad thing is I had to cancel 2 contracts with AHS before getting Doctor Cool. The previous 2 had terrible reviews.

    This company is ridiculous. The supervisor wanted me to turn my thermostat up to 90 and blow cold air constantly, with my 5 month old and 3 year old, freezing cold house. Until they come in a few hours. The temperature is already 60° inside. 3rd time I have called this company for repair and because I am upset, and want the supervisor to over see repair, they expect me to make my home even colder. The supervisor is going to get an attitude with me, and say that he isn't incompetent... Just because I asked if he was the man who came 2 days ago. Yes you sound like an incompetent jack ass to me. Never will refer the company or use them again.

    I highly recommend Doctor Cool. Every person I had a conversation with, from the lady I spoke to about my appointment to the technicians that came out, was extremely nice and compassionate. When your AC is out in the hottest part of summer, you need people that care about helping you. Technicians Felix and Francisco were professional and friendly. Felix took the time to explain the problem and graciously answered all the questions I had. I wish every technician could be as nice as Felix!

    The guys that have come out have been nothing but nice. They've come out twice and it's working better but I still have to reset my furnace at times.The receptionist I don't know her name can be rude, not sensitive to the situation and just brushes off the emergency and brushes off like she doesn't care.

    Air broke Saturday night. Had tech out Monday. Said would be back after lines unfroze. Came Wednesday as promising then said” can’t reach switch” and left.
    Called another company was her in an hour and fixed it.
    We had a home warranty and the sent the horrible Doctor Cool. Not cool should be there name.!!!!

    Joe from Doctor Cool came to the house on time, fixed the problem quickly and professionally. The entire air condition repair job was covered by our insurance (home shield). We were very happy with them.

    Requested service through AHS for a non functioning heater. Technician came out. Punctual, cordial. He tried to figure out the problem and told me that a part has to be replaced and he has to go back and request authorization from AHS. Got a call from AHS stating that the technician reported that the part was damaged due to wrong set up of the thermostat so it won't be covered. I understand and things like this happen so I called another company privately on my own cost. The NEW technician examined and the supposedly damaged part is perfectly fine and only a sensor needed to be replaced which fails over time due to wear and tear -- COVERED under AHS contract. So spent money on wrong diagnosis and more on repairing my own. Poor integrity! Contesting with AHS to get money back. It's all about principles! Lesson: if you don't know what is wrong, refer to someone who knows!
