    I don’t do reviews unless I believe one is warranted and I just have to say MARCO was wonderful!! Smart, efficient & so courteous to wear booties on my newly shampooed carpet! Major leak in the Freon tank but Marco was able to diagnose the issue & repair same day in about an hour. Soooo grateful for this young man. Doctor Cool, don’t let this gentleman go. 😇

    My home warranty used Dr Cool to come to my house to repair my air conditioning. I requested the repairman named Jenaro when they called to set up the appointment as I had read reviews that had praised him for his work. When he arrived I immediately liked him for his friendliness. But when he had worked, in 109 degrees outside, & repaired my problem, I knew why people praised him so much. He knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it. Thank you for sending him. He made my house cool & pleasant again.

    I contacted the business July 1st regarding my AC suddenly shutting off and not working and they responded fast! They let me know that there weren’t any opening until the following day and I asked if they there were any cancellations, or any chance at all that they could they squeeze me in. The receptionist said she would make a note of it and if it was possible she would notify me. I was stressed out because my family & I are from Washington State and we’re not use to 104 plus weather with no AC and the last time we went without it my Daughter had a severe nose bleed for being hot for too long. The weather report stated that the temperature was expected to reach 104 degrees! Needless to say one of their maintenance personnel Marco Martinez contacted me to say he would be able to add me to his schedule I was so relieved! When Marco arrived he was very professional and worked diligently until my AC was not only restored but worked better than it ever has! I’m so grateful to Marco he is truly an outstanding person and skilled worker. I highly recommend Doctor Cool and their amazing worker Marco if your searching for the best AC company in Nevada!

    My home warranty company sent these people out to my home to fix my A/C, We had no air in your home at all, the tech never looked at the thermostat on the wall he went to the attic for about 5-10 minutes came back to say that one of my ducts had collapsed and it wouldn’t be cover by the warranty company, if one duct was Collapses that wouldn’t stop air in the entire home only one room, but since he wrote in the report “not normal wear and tear” the warranty company will not fix my A/C so we did a second opinion and it’s the fan in the furnace and that had nothing to do with the ducts. All the ducts were good.I will never use them again. Because of them it’s been almost 2 weeks without my A/C here in Vegas about 100 degrees in my home at night and no cares. Still waiting on second opinion.

    Technician came to check my ac and said the blower Motor was the issue when it was brand new . He technically did nothing and said it was fixed now a week later my ac unit is doing the same thing and I called them to see if they can come out here to check on it and they scheduled me for 2 days later when I have a 8 month old baby and it’s 110 degrees outside all they care about is money not the customer horrible company do not recommend to anyone. I’ve never before wrote a review but this is unbelievable.

    A/C went out just as the summer heat started on a weekend. I scheduled through my Home Warranty company on Sunday, and Doctor Cool got back to me within the hour to schedule an appointment for 2 days later (the soonest they had available). They even called me back an hour later to see if I wanted to reschedule for the next day, since they had a cancellation. That was a nice touch - especially considering the rising temps outside.
    When the Technician, Jenaro, arrived, he was courteous, knowledgable, & expedient... making this whole process much simpler.
    10/10 would call this company again for service in the future.

    Excellent service!! We called our home warranty company and Doctor Cool called back in no time and came within hours. Thank goodness, they had our air conditioner fixed and working within a few hours of our call. The outside temp was over 100°. We highly recommend them to everyone. Jesse and Damian were very polite, professional, and skilled!

    Luis came to fix my AC unit. He knew the issue right away and got it fixed but he also noticed things that another repair man from a different company had done insufficient (they left wires exposed to the elements and left other wires a complete mess) and fixed them for me as well. He also made sure there were no other problems or things that could eventually cause problems. He didn't just fix the main issue and leave. He was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Luis!

    I have a 2 story home, and AHS insurance. I made a claim that my house was not cooling properly, esp on the upper level, it doesn't lower the temp to below 76F in the peak heat hour, no matter how low I set the thermostat. The lower A/C sometimes blows hot air, but it does behave. Essentially, both upper and lower unit are still working, except the upper unit has trouble keeping up with the cooling, can't get the temp below 76F. Doctor Cool tech came out, he never address the upper level A/C. Instead, he replaces the condenser fan motor and capacity for the lower unit, immediately, as he left, the lower unit craps out, the heat rises. I report the problem to them, 2 days later, another tech came out, he said the circuit breaker was loose, so he fixed circuit breaker, and he said the AC electrical wire needs to be replaced, but need authorization from AHS. As he left, the problem still didn't get fixed. So I called again, but they couldn't come back for 2 more days, that weekend, we had record heat in the 130F, I had to call another company.

    This is what the other company found: 1. the condenser fan motor was incompatible, as the result, it draws too much power, and causes the circuit breaker to trip off repeatedly, and that did damage the circuit breaker 2. the capacitor they installed 2-3 days ago broke.

    The other company replaces the condensor fan with a compatible one, replace the capacitor, and the circuit breaker. It works afterward and still working. They said the electrical wire wasn't need. They said the upper unit cooling deficiency has to do with the insulation, house direction, but the unit itself is working properly.

    Now you made your judgment call

    1. Did Doctor Cool try to make something out of nothing. There was probably nothing wrong with the 2 units, but instead of being honest, they try to "dig some $" and it back fire

    2. Are they professionally competent?

    This case cost me 2x, one service call fee with AHS, and the other company's charge for mopping after Doctor Cool's snafu.
