I was referred to Scott from my boss, and I’m glad I did. My furnace was really, really old (like original to the house-1967). It was dangerous and needed to be replaced. Scott was honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. There were no hidden fees. He also realized I was on a budget and was willing to work with it the best he could. While my old furnace worked intermittently, he knew I basically didn’t have heat. His crew had a new furnace installed just days after he inspected my old furnace. His crew did a wonderful job on the installation and Scott followed up to ‘fine tune’ it and correct a few small things. He and his crew pay attention to details and get the job done right. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional heating and cooling contractor, you have found it!

Scott Sicard (owner) took several hours to review our home, our existing furnace, A/C unit, and water heater and to sit down with us to review the replacement options available. S&R was extremely thorough and very helpful. I learned a lot from Scott and felt comfortable and confident that the systems we selected were the optimal solutions for our needs. The installation process took approximately 7.5 hours for removal of the (3) old appliances and the installation of and introduction to the new equipment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our choice to use S&R. Thank you!

Got home from vacation to discover our furnace had stopped working. I phoned S&R, spoke with Rob and within an hour (45 minutes ) he was at our home. He had our furnace repaired and running shortly after his arrival. I've been a customer of theirs for many years. You can always expect prompt, professional service from them. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I was so glad to have to good opportunity to meet the S&R team when visiting a friends home where they were doing an install. I was impressed with their work and attitude on that job and asked that they bid on work at my home. I could not be more pleased with the end result. A comfortable home at a good price with peace of mind. The attitude and level of commitment of the entire install staff is exceptional.

Always friendly, efficient, fair and reliable. Had our annual AC checkup, we have their maintenance agreement which also covers heating--a very good deal.
In March of this year they (Scotty) installed an under-sink reverse osmosis system. An excellent job. Cannot rate S & R highly enough.

Fast forward to July 2015. Our original equipment was beginning to fail piece by part (air exchanger, cooling coil, and fan motor) so Rob gave us his recommendations: good, better, and best. He thoroughly explained each option with their benefits and pricing. We decided to go with the integrated Evolution system tied together with it's digital controller. It was a good choice. You can hardly hear it and heating, cooling, air exchange, and humidity are all controlled from a touch-screen (small) unit on the wall. The crew came in and it was all accomplished in a day's time. As usual polite, neat, efficient, friendly and spent all the time we needed to explain the new system. Any questions we were told not to hesitate and call. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

S&R was at my home today to perform warranty repairs on a Bryant electronic air filtration system that they installed 6 years ago, and the experience has compelled me to updating and expanding my prior 5-star review.

Expertise and customer service provided by Rob and his team over the years is top notch and I highly recommend S&R to anyone in need of HVAC or home appliance repair services.

Rob consulted with me to correct a moisture problem in my home years ago with a custom whole-home dehumidification and air exchange system. Now I trust S&R with annual maintenance of my home mechanicals and they have installed or serviced nearly all of them - furnace, A/C, air filtration and dehumidification, air exchange, water softener, water heater, exhaust fans, smart thermostat.

We called S&R when our furnace went out, we received quick and professional service. Robert explained our problem with concise and clear descriptions. The repair costs was within the industry standards and he was also able to fix another problem with my humidifier that I inquired about right on the spot. We will be using S&R from now on for all of our appliance needs!
