I have worked with this company for over 20 years and I have generously referred them to other people. This is because I can trust their service, recommendations and know that they stand behind their products. Just had Joe out for my air conditioning inspection last week and what a great guy! He was very professional, did a great job and even made a list of a couple things I needed to do. Wow! Keep up the good work S & R appliance.

Rob just left our house and I just would like to say what an enjoyable experience. I felt like one of his employees. He allowed me to stay and watch as he fixed our gas fireplace. The prices were reasonable and better than most. He was very thorough as he explained what he was going to do and explained throughout the job. It was a great learning experience, plus he was very friendly. I know that if our family needs any furnace-air-fireplace work in the future this is the company we will be calling first. Rob and Scott: Just wanted to let you know that the new heat pump and attic-based air handler system has worked better than expected during this miserably hot summer of 2021. We didn’t realize how deficient our old system was until we have one that actually keeps the house comfortable during the hottest days of summer. My biggest concern was how well the air handler would work with the long flexible duct runs, and it pushes air to the farthest room without a problem. And the phone-based control has been quite useful, especially while out of town. We've also appreciated the energy and cost savings of the heat pump, for sure less than half of the old central air system usage.

S&R came HIGHLY recommended to me. The quality of their workmanship and customer service was top notch! I am very particular and had a complex plumbing situation. They were very careful about keeping things clean while working and hauling things in and out. They were extremely customer service oriented and did outstanding work. They handle complex plumbing issues with ease. This is a company with 30 years of experience and it's obvious. Very trustworthy, honest people. I highly recommend S&R! We will never use anyone else.

We have used S&R since it was just Scott and Rob! Nice to see how they have grown. Not surprising considering their great, prompt service. They always come out the same day if it is an emergency situation (no heat in the winter.) They have replaced our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Will continue on their package tune-up plan - discounted price getting the furnace and a.c. tuned up. Call them for service or new products, you will be happy with the service!

We experienced prompt, efficient and quality service from Scott, Nate and the rest of the team at S&R. Our furnace stopped working in the evening on Christmas Eve. Scott returned my emergency call within 30 minutes and was there Christmas morning to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Had a new furnace up and running in less than 48 hours. Would recommend this team and we do plan to be back in the future if needed.

Without a doubt the best Heating and Cooling Company I have ever used. Rob helped us understand the different types of furnaces and options, and to choose the right unit for our multiple story town home, and in a price point that was in our range. The two service technicians who did the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one did a fantastic, professional job. Our home is now more comfortable than its ever been in the 12 years we have lived here. It's warmer, no cold spots, very quiet, and we are looking forward to the savings in energy costs. We had our heating and a/c units installed by S&R when we renovated our home. They provided excellent service, clean, professional, on time, reliable, a pleasure to do business with. We use them every years since (3 yrs now) to maintain our systems. We recommend them to everyone.

I am fairly new to the area, and I have found my “go to” company for my heating, air conditioning, and water heater needs. My water heater was having issues, and I called S&R . They sent Scot out the same day. He quickly determined what the issue was, we discussed clear options, and determined that the best solution was to replace the aging unit. An installation date was set, but the unit decided to give out before that date. I called S&R, and as my new unit had fortunately just arrived, they made special arrangements to install it the same day! They were friendly, responsive, and solution oriented. Thank you!

During one of the coldest days of my lifetime my furnace wasn't working properly. Of course I was panicked and worried about what the issue might be and how long it would take to fix. Thankfully, Nathan from S&R was able to come by right away! He is a very pleasant and down to earth guy, quickly putting us all at ease. With a little tune up he had the furnace working in no time and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend giving S&R a call if your looking for someone to help with your furnace issues, in my experience your unlikely to find the kind of customer service I experienced anywhere else and that is really a difference maker!
