S&R installed a new furnace, A/C, and humidifier a little over a week ago. These guys are the real deal! Over thirty years experience and it shows. Other companies estimates, sales reps were in and out in 20 minutes. Scott goes above and beyond to design a system with your budget and home comfort in mind. Scott, Rob, and crew did a fantastic job on the install. It is clear to me they truly do treat your home as if it was their own! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I had a water heater fixed about 5 months before my air conditioner decided it was done. I remembered how pleased I was with Jim from S & R when he fixed my water heater so I definitely wanted Jim to replace my air conditioner. He went above and beyond expectations. He also informed me of future projects. Thank you for the professionalism from the receptionist to the repair technician.

Had S and R install a new high efficiency furnace, A/C, whole house ventilation, air cleaner and humidifier. Contacted several companies for a proposal. S and R was fairly priced, did an excellent job installing and thorough in explaining the operation. Had the whole projected completed in one day. We have been very satisfied..When the inspector came he commented on the quality of the installation. Would recommend Scott and S and R to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I highly recommend S&R! During the recent stretch of subzero temperatures, my furnace quit working. Rob was extremely helpful in getting it turned back on after someone else recommended an expensive replacement that wasn’t necessary. He was extremely knowledgeable and also updated my settings to make our system more efficient. Thanks Rob and S&R!

I called S&R to fix my furnace on Thursday. After looking the furnace over, Rob indicated there were several cracks on the heat exchanger and repair was not feasible. Also indicated our furnace was very old and made for a mobile home (looking on google confirmed his statement). We worked out a deal for replacement + heat pump as AC was also quite old. We have solar, and the heat pump was a great green addition! They loaned us space heaters for the interim until following Tuesday at no charge. The crew came out as promised, replaced heater, ac, and re-vented the water heater (this was wrong also) and finished in one day. I also had them install some ducting to my basement. Overall a job very well done, customer for life! They even included me and family in their lunch break (pizza). I couldn’t be happier.

Rob and Scott are top notch professionals And when combined with their crew they know how to get the job done right. They came out and installed an entire HVAC system in my shop. Wow! What a difference a furnace can make...temp just stays at where you set it and I don't even hear it running. That is to both Bryant's credit as the manufacturer and also S& R's for being their dealer. But I didn't just buy a furnace and air conditioner....I bought a system which depends on an intelligent, fastidious, creative installation which is best adapted to my home. S & R delivered! Hearing Scott and Rob talk about doing the job as though it was their own home was certainly good salesmanship. But seeing them in action and their attention to detail proved to me it's not just rhetoric. I have found a new HVAC and appliance repair partner!
