    For the most part their services were OK, but several times they had to come back in a few days to redo their work. And when they came to do work on our AC under our maintenance agreement, our AC stopped working and they couldn't get it running again, so we ended up replacing with a different company. Our system had some age on it, but from the very start these people always seemed to push for a full replacement.

    Rob and the rest of the crew removed my old furnace and air conditioner and replaced with new units. Their was no high pressure sales just honest and open communication about what would best meet my needs. The installation was completed perfectly.     I've been working with S&R since 2005 and have had them service my heating and cooling system every year. In 2012 I had them instal a Furnace, Air Conditioner, Central Air Exchange and Humidifier. I continually work with them because of there expertise, professionalism and service. I love the fact that they know who I am and work with the same technician year to year (Braeden). If you are looking for the small business that out performs the big boys, this is the company for you.

    During the summer of 2020 S & R came to service my refrigerator which was not freezing correctly. It was decided that the unit was too old and costly to repair.

    My warranty company was rather difficult to deal with as far as some reimbursement for my claim.

    A very kind staff person wrote an email which I shared with the warranty company. As a result, I received a check from the company which helped to defray the cost of the new refrigerator.

    Thank you for all your help! I really appreciate the efforts of the staff person.

    I will begin by saying that my service person was very nice (Nathan), and he was punctual. In fact he was almost two hours early. That is where my compliments end and my frustration begins. If he would have been wearing a bandanna and carrying a gun it would have been more indicative of the value of this service call.
    Nathan called me to say that he had a cancellation and he could be at my home early if I was going to be there. When I said that I was home. He said that he was heading right over, and his GPS said it would be twenty minutes. It took a little less than that. For that I got charged a one hour trip charge and diagnostic fee at $89.95. Based on my description of the problem he diagnosed the issue before he even made it to the basement. Next he charged one hour for labor at $76.00. He was not in the house for more than 20 minutes. Finally he charged me $55 dollars for the part that he replaced. It was a Goodman fire sensor. If anyone wants to look that up on Amazon you will find it listed for $5.49. So my bill was $221.45 for 20 minutes of driving, one minute to diagnose the problem, 20 minutes to install the part, and $5.49 for the part. I would urge whoever is reading this to judge for themselves the value of the service based on my experience. I feel like I got severely screwed. I will not call S&R Heating again.

    We needed someone to take a look at our Maytag washer which has been on the fritz and also with an issue that we have been having with our Heat 'N Glo fireplace. They were able to come out & investigate with one trip charge and the problem was fixed in about an hour. My impression was that the rep was honest and thorough in his assessment. Prices were reasonable & work was done well. We own rental properties & have worked with a fair amount of repair places. Very pleased with my experience and appreciated the honest advice I was given from the technician regarding fixing vs. replacing my washer. Would use again!

    I have dealt with this company for a couple of decades. I trust them absolutely for one small incident. Rob fixed a stove for us - and was not happy with the result, and took it upon himself to replace another part at his expense. Apologized that he missed it up front. He has earned my respect. Over the years, we have purchased 2 furnaces, one AC and had some appliances repaired. Also did my son's furnace, and a couple of my neighbors. I heard ONE complaint from a neighbor in all those years. Had to do with "dust" expectations. Rob came out and talked it through with the customer - left them a happy camper. Could not imagine using anyone else.
