Comfort Consultant Drew Hanson was quick to respond to my request for a quote to replace my Magic Pac combination unit. This combination unit isn't handled by many and I was growing frustrated trying to find someone. He was informative and got the ball rolling. The unit was replaced in record time. Installers John and Sa were prompt, courteous and professional. They took care to protect my floors and cleaned up after themselves. With the exception of cost, I couldn't be happier.

We also replaced the solenoid valve that I think works with my
April Air. The humidifier wasn't working correctly this past winter. Riley did a great job. He's been at my place a couple of times. He also helped me get started ordering filters on-line so that I'll change them out more often.
