T C Solutions is very reliable, punctual, provides quality service. I have used them for many years, their service remains consistent, they answer promptly, regardless of time or day of the week. In addition, they are relentless at making sure they fix the problem and the customer is happy. They are the only company I use both at home and for my rental properties, I simply can’t say enough about the team.

We called Owen when our hot water heater went out. He came over almost immediately and was quick to diagnose the problem and was very nice and professional. He replaced our hot water heater for a fair price, and was all done within a few hours of us calling them. Highly recommend TC Solutions - they are fantastic.

TC Solutions offers great service. I've used this company on several occasions and they always deliver. They even offer extended services
which is greatly appreciated. Sometimes we forget to service our units until something goes wrong, so to have a company that can keep track of all that is wonderful and am comforted knowing we are with a company that can deliver great service.

Called and Owen was here in 5 minutes. I had been calling places all morning since AC went out last night and the heat is ferocious. It is fixed and I now have a new HVAC company for all my needs. The places that say we will not let you be uncomfortable could not get here for 2 days but Owen did and I am beyond thankful!!! Great job and great company!!!!

TCSOLUTIONS is one of the best if of not the best HVAC company I've ever used. I lived in NYC and Florida and had central heating and air in both states, and the service was not as good as TCSOLUTIONS. I came to Georgia in 2003 and in 2004 my house was completed and I moved in. I used the HVAC company, Ryland Homes recommend until 2008 I changed HVAC company and met Owen and right away we notice the difference in the air quality. TCSOLUTIONS has been serving my Heating and A/C system from it's inception in 2016 and never had a problem with their service. The technicians are superior, their mannerism is on point. They wear the boot protection cover so they don't dirty your home and always clean up their work area when they are finished. TCSOLUTIONS you do excellent work, you are outstanding and make a difference. Thank you.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on the Fourth of July weekend. Even though it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend, Owen came out at 7:30pm to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately for me, my 17 year old unit was not repairable. Owen ordered my new system and installed it three days later, working until after 10:00pm to make sure I did not have to go another night without air conditioning. He was very responsive and professional, as were his other technicians who came to assist with the installation. I absolutely recommend TC Solutions!

Total Comfort Solutions, in particular Mr Owen Ming is not only a superior technician, he is extremely trustworthy, fair in price, his customer service first rate and will take the time to explain to everything you ever want to know about your heating and cooling systems. If he tells you he is going to there on that day, he will be there regardless of any issues that put him behind or what time he show up. Recently he worked on my system to after 9pm. Super reliable and will always keep you informed on his status the day of your appointment. If my home warranty program didn’t let me use Owen, I would be switching my home warranty. That’s how confident I feel about this man I have known for 4 years now. Peace in mind, ace technician, trustworthy, and outstanding customer service. You couldn’t ask for more!

I am happy to say that our experience with TC Solutions was fantastic! Our air went out and they were able to fit us in the same day! Owen was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. We were so pleased with the quick, quality service that we received.

This company is AWESOME!! During these uncertain times, nobody really wants contractors coming to their home(s), but this company was PPE ready and I felt extremely comfortable! I was miserable in my house when the air went out and it was 98 degrees inside!! Owen and his team are fantastic! This company is not only professional, they really care about their customers. Finding a company that has reasonable prices, provides excellent customer service, and does not try to break the bank, are nearly impossible to find these days; however, TC Solutions have ALL these GREAT qualities!
