I have been using Total Comfort for 5 years and am confident in their work and people. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of my pet peave, I did not get a courtesy call when technician was on the way. If I had received this call in advance of arriving to know when they would arrive I would have given 5 out of 5.

Scott, called ahead and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He complete his job and explained what to expect in the future for my old HVAC system. I would definitely call Total Comfort in the future!

Working with Riley was wonderful. He is knowledgeable about the A/C maintenance he did for me. He took time to explain the what and the why of what he was doing. He showed up on time, a big plus for me. Riley is one of the reasons I use Total Comfort and their team.

Ben worked late on a Friday night to ensure that our A/C was fixed. With highs in the 90s we were extremely grateful for the work ethic and professionalism he showed. Ben at Total Comfort is the best!

Great that this is a company affiliated with Home Depot, adds to its credibility. Very happy with the sales guy Gabriel who was a huge advocate, honest, and straight forward. The techs were great too and able to get my HVAC and AC units replaced in one day.
