Total Comfort

Ben came and serviced my a/c unit. He took his time and let me watch as he explained things. I had the same experience with Total Comfort when I had my furnace serviced. I’ll be using them in the future.

Ryan and his team of 2 technicians (Joe and Adam) arrived on time, were friendly and very professional. They installed a new furnace, A/C and thermostat in less than a day. They answered all questions, explained how the new system worked and provided suggestions on how to maintain the system. Very good experience.

Keith and Liza outperformed my expectations by miles, they were able to come up with a plan day of that was even better than the original layout proposed. They were also very nice, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. I can't imagine a single thing they could have done better with my new furnace and air conditioner!

Koua,Ryan, and John are truly amazing. The quality of work, the patience for my questions and the incredible installation process as a whole was beyond any and all expectations!!! I would rate these guys as literally the best you could ever hope for to work with.

Blown away with their great service all around. From the initial quote to servicing - Danny, Scott, and Matthew were nothing short of informative, understanding, and kind. Also, the fact that I was quoted for a new furnace & A/C on a Monday and had it installed by Wednesday was a huge perk too.

Had Riley over taking a look at our air conditioning unit and diagnosing what issues we were having and the man was super knowledgeable and professional taught me several things about the system and how to maintain it, also was nice enough to give a brief look and description of possible faults with our furnace. Overall this guy was super smart and nice would highly recommend.

Taylor and Piotr installed our A/C, including installing a new water heater, bringing it up to code with new copper tubing, and installed a new thermostat, including installing the new wiring for it, in our home. They very professional, were able to trouble shoot some tricky areas and they worked very well together. They were prompt, explained things clearly, including the programing of the thermostat. They started at 8:15 am and didn't leave until 7pm, when the job was completed, and whole area cleaned up. Very professional teamwork, I would highly recommend them.

I’m very impressed and happy with the service that was provided to me. My service technician Ben Thao was very informative, even though it was maintenance appointment he took his time to educate me and walked me through every step that he did. He called me multiple time to update me and let me know what time he was going to get here. I will use this company in the future. Thanks
