Scott and his team were fast and knowledgeable. They not only installed the new equipment but improved the whole set up in my utility room. Scott showed me how to operate it before he left, and they cleaned up the work area ery well after the job.

Ryan, Joe and Tony T did a very professional job of installation. It was all finished up in one day with no mess left behind and everything seems to work perfectly. They also did a good job of explaining how to work the HVAC system and did not leave until I had it all set up to control with my phone.

I was really impressed with the level of service we received from Total Comfort. The whole process was smooth and professional, from the quote to the installation of our new furnace. Piotr and his team made sure everything was up to code (which the previous install was not). I really appreciated how they walked through the new set up with us after the install and asked our questions about maintenance and were friendly, efficient and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!

I set up an estimate consult through Home Depot after getting a few very high estimates. I was a little nervous going through Home Depot because historically the big box stores have not put much effort into vetting contractors. The partnership between Home Depot and Total Comfort seems to have been well thought out and based on customer satisfaction. Although I spent more than I planned on, the price I paid through Total Comfort was significantly better that the other quotes I received. The install was prompt and professional. I hope not to have any problems with the new HVAC and AC but if so, hopefully they will back their work and honor the warranty.

I was very impressed with John, Koua and Kareem. They were very polite, friendly and respectful. They went above and beyond in replacing my old furnace and AC and they really had their work cut out for them.
John kept me informed on what they were doing and let me know right away that if I had any questions to feel free to come and ask.
Kareem spent most of his time out in rain, and then sleet, not to mention the deep snow he had to trudge through replacing my old air conditioner. It was not pleasant working conditions for sure.
They also had to deal with moving a lot of garage stuff out of the way so they had a work area for rebuilding the ductwork. I heard no complaints from them. They just went about their work and got the job done. It was a very long day for them and I was very impressed with all of them. Even after a very long day Koua showed me how to use my gas fireplace and got it working for me. That was above and beyond what I was expecting.
They were just all great and I was very impressed with the work they did and with them. I would give them all five stars, and will recommend this company to anybody who asks.

Andy was amazing to work with. We sat down and explained everything to me so I was informed on what I was buying. Would recommend 10/10. My technicians that put it in were amazing as well.

James was very professional and courteous. He worked for almost 10 hours in tight space to replace our very old furnace. He was courteous and explained everything. He also added air passes, installed new thermostat and required adapter. I am very satisfied with his attitude and the quality of his job.
