Total Comfort

My husband and I had a new ac and furnace installed on June 15th 2023 by Keith, Sa, and Liza. They were awesome, they were on time, and very professional, courteous, and respectful of our house and outside property, and they finished ahead of schedule. Our service representative was Brandon Backlund, and he was also awesome, and answered any questions we had, everyone made the whole process, painless. We are very pleased with our new units, and Total Comfort is a great company, and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who may be in the market for a new ac or furnace. We're eventually going to be needing a new water heater, and a water softener, I will definitely have Total Comfort install those too.

Excellent!!! Total Comfort installed a new AC in our house last fall. The install went as planned and James Tipke (the installer) was wonderful and very thorough.

If you call Total Comfort for a service call, ask for Riley Nowicki! Total Comfort installed a new HVAC system for us in December. After working fine all winter, the furnace wouldn't turn on after getting a spring cold snap. Of course, that was on a Saturday evening. I was able to get someone on the phone Sunday morning who was able to contact a technician. Riley called and tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work, he came right over to the house. He was so incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He was fantastic and an absolute bright spot in what had been a terrible week for me. He was even adorable with my dog, who he keep calling handsome! And he found the problem and had my furnace working in no time! I was pretty frustrated with Total Comfort when I called since I was having so many issues with a new system. Now I'm considering signing up for their service program since Riley told me I can always request him to do service. He was that outstanding! The 5 star review is primarily for him.

I had a Carrier heat pump and high efficiency Carrier furnace installed and was very happy with the expertise, neatness, and thoroughness of the work. The salesperson, Andy, understood my concerns and answered my questions. They take care of requesting rebates from Xcel too! The installation crew, Scott, Kua, and Jeff, were top notch and considerate of my home. Scott answered my questions about the installation, and we are very pleased with the operation of the new system.

John and Tyler did my install, and Gabriel was my salesmen. Honestly, 10-star experience front to back. Gabriel is the friendliest nicest salesman and cares about what he does and it shows in his work ethic. John and Tyler worked efficiently and smoothly and had a great attitude, and that carrier unit looks sharp right next to my walkway. Really clean install. I would absolutely recommend this company again to someone. paired with unbeatable financing, I can't believe I haven't heard of these guys before. They made my AC dreams a reality at a price I could afford monthly.

He asked me to be with him as he preformed our system tuneup to explain what the test reading meant and could mean in the future to our system was well as what parts needed replacing. It was a pleasure working with him. Congratulations to your company for having an employee that has such great customer service skills in a world which that skill seems to be lacking. Will definitely be requesting Riley for future appointments

Very thorough and very professional in every way. Installed a completely new heating and cooling system. A minor error was immediately taken care of by a visit the next day a Sunday even. Very happy and satisfied in every way.
