Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning has come out several times for us on an emergency basis during heat and we have been really pleased with their services. Their specialists are knowledgeable, responsive, and authentic. We trusted them so much that we bought our maintenance package from them. Appreciations!!

I called Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning and Air after I noticed our A/C had stopped blowing cold air. Everyone from their customer service department to the technician, Peter, were absolutely fantastic. It may have been an hour, tops, from the time I called them until the time he showed up to fix the issue. He was honest, straightforward, and was able to resolve the issue right on the spot. It was really incredible!I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!

Peter came on Saturday and reviewed the furnace. We had no heat because the blower motor was shot. He reviewed the options and costs and we decided to wait until Monday morning for the repairs to save money. Peter came at 8 AM Monday to insure we would have heat Monday morning. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and calmed our fears about waiting until Monday. Our furnace was repaired by 9AM and we are very thankful to Dayton Heating & Air Conditioning.

The most reasonable and best service in the area. Peter was the best in helping my family member get what she needed for her home. He was kind and very informative. Peter was the serviceman who came and performed a diagnosis on my heating system. He was punctual, professional and provided information to me regarding the condition of the unit and he found some glitches in the the system which he corrected and indicated that it would be working more efficiently from this point on. Peter was incredibly professional and thorough while checking an issue with the furnace. He arrived on time, he quickly got to work and he was even kind enough to walk me through what he was doing and teach me a little bit about how the furnace worked. He was able to get the furnace working and even turned off and on the thermostat four times just to make sure things were working correctly. I couldn’t have asked for better service and we haven’t had any issues since.
