We had new furnace, A/C, humidifier, and condensateump installed after old system died. All was done expertly, efficiently, and quickly. Our time experiencing cold was very minimal, and all representatives were extremely friendly, thank you!

Jared ( Comfort Advisor) was detailed, measured, and priced out a 18 Seer Lennox for our home. I had a total of three bids and felt long term this product was "top rated" and price was a little higher - but long term know it was a good decision. Installers were Donnie and Larry - they knew their "craft" and our installation was done in a lot less time than I thought it would take them.
Worth a bid if you need HVAC.

2023 started off with my furnace not heating above 66*, with temperatures well below zero outside! My husband had always dealt with these issues. But, now a widow, I am totally on my own. Total Comfort responded immediately to my call for service. Scott came to my home and quickly assessed the problem. Old unit and high cost of replacement parts…..he clearly explained the options and I trusted his professional recommendation. After deciding to install a new furnace, AC, hot water heater and water softener, Scott was able to schedule the installation in two days.
The installation team lead by Tony was very professional, conscientious, courteous and a delight to work with. Tony and his crew, Jeff, Taylor and John went above and beyond my expectations. They worked together as an efficient team that never missed a step. There was clearly a plan in place and it was executed with the highest of quality service. Tony and his staff explained in detail all instructions and warranties until I understood them. I also feel that I have the support to call to ask any question that arises in the future. I have the highest trust and regard for Total Comfort and this installation crew. After working with this awesome staff I feel confident I made the right choices and will continue to have them service my new HVAC system. I highly recommend to use Total Comfort for many reasons. Andy on the sales side went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Keith on the installation side lead a great crew to get our installation completed and done right.

Scott was very thorough and professional. He explained everything to us and made sure to answer any questions we had. Scott and his guys cleaned up really well after they were finished.

when I set up the appt, I understood from the appointment setter that there'd be NO CHARGE because the air conditioner was still under the 5 yr (no parts, no labor) warranty. I purchased it in 2020.
So, just wondering why I was charged $99.95?
Please respond I am unhappy with this charge when I was told that there would be (NO CHARGE) to check AC!

Matt is very professional. He explained the problem and was diligent in resolving the issue. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly and the house was cool! I would not want any other technician.

Ryan Grutzmacher and his apprentice Joe did an amazing job. They installed my new furnace with great care and professionalism. Ryan’s level of knowledge and consideration for all factors of the install needs to be commended. I asked whether I should have had a fresh combustion air supply and not only had he already considered it, he had already looked through and found several possibilities as to why one wasn’t already made for the old furnace and found several options for me. They installed the furnace with great care, and they also stayed long enough to ensure all measurements were correct. They left the job site clean and cleared of any construction/installation debris. Above all, they did so on the day of Christmas Eve. Thank you Ryan and Joe!!
